Looks OK but needs instructions
The delivery was extremely quick and well packaged. The reel seems sturdy. But it would of been helpful if there were some instructions of putting it together, which way to wind on the hose pipe and how to connect the extra hose pipe connectors that were needed as none were included. Had to check other makes on-line to know how to put it together as I had no idea what to do.

First class product and delivery
I selected the seat and back cushions for our patio seats on a Sunday afternoon, the web site was easy to navigate, placed an order which was delivered on Tuesday. Cushions are well made and generously dimensioned and comfortable with a wide seat and high back.

Really good purchase

Good except for two points
The ordering was easy and delivery speedy. I think the garden swing seat is excellent value for money. The only downsides were: the instructions for assembly are not clear, very confusing in places. The deliverer only sent one person to deliver this heavy item. Luckily I had someone here who could help him but I certainly wouldn’t have been able to.
