Terrible experience, not trustworthy
We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We were in the process of purchasing a truck and had already spent time working with the staff, discussing the details, and moving forward with the purchase. We were under the clear impression that the vehicle was being held for us while we finalized everything. We had the loan approved and just needed to come in and sign the paperwork.
However, without any warning or communication, the dealership sold the car to someone else. No phone call, no update—nothing. After investing our time and making plans around this purchase, it was extremely frustrating and unprofessional to find out the vehicle was simply sold out from under us. We had spent several hours there the previous day. We already completed the credit check and the bank had approved our loan through them. We were just waiting to find out when they wanted us to come in to sign the loan papers.
Good customer service includes clear communication and honoring commitments, or at the very least notifying customers if something changes. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership to others who expect transparency and reliability during the car buying process.
