The transfers to and from the resort…
The transfers to and from the resort were smooth and relaxing. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly the only downside to the holiday was the meal times although we had set times for breakfast and evening meal not once during our stay did our service happen on time it varied from 20 minutes to thirty minutes late after our time on the card so maybe look at staff numbers especially at peak weeks.

A very good hotel
A very good hotel, pleasantly located, with friendly and efficient staff, good food, and excellent excursions (Worthing; Amberley Museum; Chichester; Weald and Downland Museum). A good driver as far as the driving was concerned - but more information from him about the places we visited would have helped. That said, he was evidently not part of the Alfa family, nor was his coach company.

Had a great holiday.
Had a great time! The pick up, transfer and journey to the hotel was easy and efficient. The hotel provided everything we needed, requested a walk in shower and easy access. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff very helpful and we enjoyed the evening entertainment. Weymouth is a lovely resort, really enjoyed exploring it. The trips out were interesting too.

Telford and Ironbridge
We went to Telford. Our driver was excellent. We had one or two problems but he was quick to come up with a solution. We should have visited a market but it was closed so he quickly changed route and found us an alternative. On the way home he took us to Coventry where we had some time rather than a service station. Our hotel and food was good with a good selection of food. Very good value for money

Holiday to Dunoon
Our Driver Paul kept us amused with his anecdotes on our Journeys to and from our different destinations on our days out .
The Hotel was very welcoming and comfortable, we had a gorgeous view of the Firth of Clyde from the windows.
Our days out were lovely especially the Loch Lomond cruise.
Staff at the Hotel were very friendly and chatty giving us places to see.
Will definitely book another trip with Alfa.

The Bayshore hotel in Sandown
The Bayshore hotel in Sandown, Isle of Wight was the best Alfa hotel we'd been to. Very clean rooms, spacious relaxing area. Downside is although it looks directly over the glorious beach, it is also opposite a tacky, neon lighted amusement arcade. Sandown itself is very run down with lots of closed properties and nothing of interest to offer visitors. From what we saw from the excellent Alfa included tours there were lots of towns preferable to Sandown. Re the included tours - not enough time at the church and far too long at the Donkey sanctuary.

We really enjoyed the visit to Beamish. A great day out.
The hotel was ideally situated right in the centre of Darlington. The room was good and had a good view of the square. The food was excellent. Breakfast had so many choices. Much better than Alfa hotels we have visited. Evening meal was excellent and had a good choice of dishes.
We don’t go to the entertainment in the Alfa hotels as we prefer to go out in the evening.
I would recommend this holiday to friends.

Our holiday was absolutely wonderful especially with the Chef and Waitress at our hotel. I have a bowel disease and I try to only eat Gluten Free food the Chef and our Waitress went above and beyond to make and serve the kind of food that I needed.
