My first time at Alfa Autos was nothing…

My first time at Alfa Autos was nothing but outstanding, and that’s all thanks to Sam. He is a true credit to the team. I received such high quality service, communication was nothing but fantastic. I didn’t have to reach out once, and I couldn’t be happier with my new car. Thanks again for making my experience so smooth.

Horrible experience:booking cancelled when I was on the plane. Reason: lacking drivers

Several days ago I booked for a pick up from Stansted airport to Ruislip today. My flight arrived late and when I finally was at the arriving area, I received a miss call. I called the company: Alfa Cars and I was told that the booking was cancelled because they didn't have a driver. I will never use their service again, a horrible experience. They aren't serious at all. I need to say that I booked it for me and my child. I will tell my experience to all the people I know

Salesman had Bad Attitude

Firstly I must add that I didn't actually buy a car from here, I only went to view. Car was a red Alfa Mito GL64 ULK. Had a good look around the car. Asked for a test drive (which I had specifically pre-arranged) which they allowed but only around the area of their industrial estate.... Okay fair enough as the salesman was busy with another customer. Whilst on the test drive there was a burning smell coming (like a burning clutch). There was also a power steering warning light that came on. This cleared when I switched the car off and on again (but who knows if a bigger problem). Once the salesman (Sam) became free I asked for a longer test drive along a dual carriageway. His response was quite shocking, he said that the roads around here are all 20mph so it's not possible. He then proceeded to say that if he was to allow me a longer test drive (say 10 miles or so) then that would decrease the value of the car and he would have to reprice it if I didn't buy it!! ..... In all my years of buying cars I have never heard a salesman say this.
I then tried to appeal to his better nature by saying I had travelled all the way from Kent so it would be really helpful if he could accommodate me; he told me that he also had to commute from far away (as if that has anything to do with me as a customer). He told me he had just sold two cars in past hour with the same short test drive offered. Again I'm not sure what that had to do with my requirements of buying a car. At the end I asked if there was any movement in price and he advised that he 'wouldn't drop the price even one penny'.
Shocking used car sales experience. Be wary of buying from here. Make sure you are satisfied with all the pre checks and insist on a long test drive. We were lucky that the power steering fault came up. It may have happened on the long drive home to Kent, which would have been a scare.

Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks. sold me a dodgy car within weeks of buying smoke from the exhaust. stranded in the middle of nowhere.
they took it back to repair. I tried to reject it but they fed some bullshit to my finance company and I was forced to take it back. saying the fault was minor and that, as a 'goodwill gesture,' they had repaired it. within days of the car being returned, it happened again.
The car is parked outside my house waiting for the outcome from my finance. meanwhile, I have to hire a car with my own money for work. awful people.

DISASTER!!!

I am back again with another review. 3 months of using the car. DO NOT EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THEM!!! RUN!!!

The MOT expires this November and we took the car to the garage to get it sorted. The car failed woefully. So many problems that had been there from the previous MOT that was covered up. They sell a rubbish car to you and take your money.

LIARS!!!!!

LIARS!!!!!
Do not make the mistake of buying from them. They are very unreliable and untrustworthy. They promised to fix a door and window fault on purchase and even booked us an appointment to get it done. Upon getting there on the appointment date, they refused and claimed the person who sold the car to us was a trainee. They went on to ask who we spoke to when the appointment was booked, like we work there to know who is who. We explained that we only called their company number and the appointment was booked for us. Despite that, they still refused claiming that there were 4 of them . How is that my own problem, do they not work for you?

I wonder why I would have taken a car with a faulty door and window if that agreement was not there . Avoid them at all cost. Take your money elsewhere.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service went looking for a new car and Riz was so helpful and kind not a pusher salesman like you can get. He left us to talk things through, answered every question we had and was just the easiest and best service ever when looking for a new car.

A Nightmare Experience

I recently purchased a car from Alfa Autos, and it has been an absolute nightmare from the start. The vehicle has broken down twice already, and it came with multiple issues that were clearly not disclosed at the time of sale. I am currently in the process of returning the car through the finance company and the ombudsman, which has been a stressful and time-consuming ordeal.

The lack of transparency and quality control at Alfa Autos is appalling. They sold me a car that was clearly not roadworthy, and their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive throughout this entire process. I urge anyone considering buying a car from this dealership to think twice and look elsewhere. Avoid Alfa Autos at all costs!
