This is the second time I try…
This is the second time I try Alexander’s bistro. I was hoping there would’ve been an improvement from the first time I visited about a year ago since the place is still in business but alas, it might even be worse now. The place is basically totally unmanaged, left to be run by very sweet but absolutely inexperienced and very very young staff with no supervisors around. The place was half empty yet tables were left dirty for at least one hour, our food (brunch) came with cold eggs and cold sausages, the tables that were set for guests were obviously dirty with glass spots on them..It’s a shame cause it’s a beautiful space with so much potential, but apart from the fancy looking design it’s an absolute mess. The owner should really look into hiring some proper store managers that can set a good standard of working and training of the employees since they always seem to be underage and beginners. I only give 2 stars because the girls working there are trying their best.
