These guys are disgusting, they planned a viewing with us at 9am this morning me and my pregnant girlfriend waited around for over half hour without anyone turning up, rang them none of them knew what we were on about eventually they said that they'd messaged us to cancel when they didn't, then gave us some story on the phone about no one will take us because we have a small dog and because we're on benefits right now, trying to get over here for more job opportunitie it's not that I like being on them that's what happens in the middle of nowhere there's loads of people not many jobs, also we're on benefits due to health related issues they're very slimy people, unorganised and unprofessional.
They didn't even have the audacity to apologise for making my partner wait in the cold.
My partner is also on a crutch as she has a trapped nerve so she went all that way in the hopes that maybe we could find a home to have her stood up in the cold and lied to.
