Service 5 star - product reliability to be determined.
In less than a few months the doorbell camera has had to be replaced. Customer service was great - hoping the first one was a lemon and the new one will and should last longer.

One of the best experiences I have had with any vendor, by far better than any home security company. If you are looking for a company who puts you first, and acts as a home security advisor/partner, go with Alert360. From meeting onsite with John to talk through all of our options without being pushy, to the detailed and thorough install, all the way to delivery and follow ups, Alert360 has exceeded all expectations. They were never pushy, honest direction on what we needed (not just adding on line items to increase the sale), very competitive in pricing, and again superb customer service from begging to end. Jacob was super knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with set up, knew how to operate everything, change settings, if/then scenarios, just a great technician to work with. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a home security partner!

Technician was excellent.
Technician called beforehand and was on time. He was courteous and polite. He replaced my front door sensor. Explained why it might have gone bad. Checked all the other sensors including my lanyard on my necklace.
