Alarm sophistication perfectly suited our detailed needs. Sales, install, training and support has gone better than imaginable. Minor refinements were brought to our attention that really puts the 'frosting on the cake'.
Telephone response and support is so fast, it could not be better. With my moderate experience, that is really saying something. Never again back to the other large companies.

The service Technicians were so quick and knowledgeable. Not only that they were friendly. Troy did what he said he would do and he helped me out totally. Alert 360 did an excellent job when the keypad door lock was installed and the fire alarm system. They had previously installed a door bell camera and a drive way camera along with a complete security system. I am very appreciative of the excellent service.
