Repair Request for Nuran Sapphire Earring — No Response
I contacted Alemdara three times between 21 March and 30 March regarding a missing stone in one of my Nuran Sapphire earrings. All emails were sent to the email address listed on their website, but I have not received any acknowledgement or response.
For a brand that markets itself as handcrafted and high‑quality, the complete lack of aftercare or customer service has been disappointing. I was simply asking for guidance on repair options, not a refund or replacement, yet the company has remained silent.
Future customers should be aware that after‑purchase support appears to be non‑existent.
