**We contacted the resturant customer service on 26/1/26 at 9.46 pm and 27/1/27 on their e-mail .
about our concerns regarding hygiene measures but no response or even apology given !

We have been dealing with this restaurant for years .

Unfortunately, we had recently an exceptional bad experience during delivery ( one of their restaurants)

We found hair as below, which is very concerning and does not comply with Heath and safety measures.

Additionally ,the rice was missing in the mixed Grill plate, as per the menu description.

We contacted the resturant on 26/1/26 and 27/1/27 on their e-mail
about our concerns regarding hygiene measures but no response or even apology given !

Very poor uncourteous customer service.

Beware of a "bad tummy" reaction!

My wife and I had lunch here last week, but never again.
The service was passable (frosty till they warmed up a bit) and the food tasted OK (nothing special) but we both had severe stomach upsets afterwards.
My wife went in to talk to someone a few days later, and was treated very badly - she was kept waiting to see "the manager" who said, when he finally arrived, that she would have to see "the manager" ... in the evening.
Their attitude was totally offhand, contemptuous even, when all that was needed was a mild apology.
As I said, never again: why would we, when there are dozens of other places to eat in the same road.
I'm not saying you shouldn't eat here, but maybe take some Imodium tablets with you in case you get the same reaction as we did. Your risk.
