Very easy to reorder this excellent deodorant! Gorgeous scent that works brilliantly to keep me sweet-smelling and dry.

I love everything about AKT. Apart from the fact that their deodorant is unsurpassable in its prowess (designed by performers to deal with sweat galore), their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my latest tube in that it was leaking. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement within a couple of days. The price might look expensive compared to high street brands but one tube lasts for months as you really don’t need to use very much at a time. Plus - performance wise, I find that it works anywhere on the body (including the forehead, nose and cheeks if you put it underneath your foundation) and the scents are lovely without being overpowering. I would never use another brand now!

The customer service is absolutely perfect, I had an issue with my order and it was sorted in less than 20mins.
Cannot fault the service and shout out to Natasha for being so efficient.

I like the environmentally friendly packaging, I am a keen fan and I will continue with future purchases.

I’m really happy with this company. The service is great, reliable and accessible. In particular though I love the product. I use the deodorant and it’s the best planet friendly version I’ve tried, and it works!! Smells great too

This is the only deodorant that has actually helped me. I was skeptical at first because I have tried loads of different products in the past and nothing has worked. But I have been using AKT for a few months now and I am so satisfied by the product! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely love my deodorant. I was a little skeptical at first because I can unfortunately sweat very easily and other natural ones I've tried didn't do a thing. I've been using this now for 18 months and I would not go back. They smell nice but not overwhelming or fake. A little goes a long way and it last all day. I would highly recommend, especially as you can change your scent each time. Fantastic product.

Great products and excellent customer service.
There was an issue with my order that was very quickly resolved.
The missing item, the Konjac sponge, was delivered just two days later. And I love it! Once wet, it's very soft and gentle, and I only need to use a tiny bit of Akt body wash concentrate.

The deodorant cream is very effective even when undertaking sporting activities. It’s easy to apply and you only need a small amount, so it lasts a long time. My only criticism is the small fiddly top on the tube. A hexagonal one, like the body wash, which is also lovely, would be much easier to use.

Absolutely gutted to realise just how much I've been struggling with whiff - and for so long - upon discovering just how effective AKT is! No more endless baby wipes and reapplications. Favourites are Columbia Rd and The Onsen. Super pleased with the great bundle I got this time - equivalent to buy 2 deodorants and get a shower gel free. Also speedy delivery. Thank you :o)

Definitely not a company I want to deal with. Even after cancelling my subscription this company still went ahead and processed another purchase! Very disappointed and I do not recommend. Extremely sneaky and not trustworthy from my experience!

Really recommend this product. Other natural deodorants have left stains on my clothes, or I haven’t liked the smell. Akt works better for me than any others I’ve tried. Love it!

Really easy to set up a subscription and update it if you want a different product so you don't always have to have the same 'flavour'. It is also really easy to adjust the timings of the delivery so that it meets your needs exactly. Also, the deodorant itself is brilliant!

Very pleased with products. Applies easily and little if any marks to clothing. Perspiration is minimal.

Thank you for responding and answering the questions that we had. Explaining the dust is also a question that we had as we are avoiding deodorants with aluminum in it. We now understand about what's taking place when the oil is separated.

Arrived 2 days after I ordered. Was small enough to go through the letterbox, so no waiting in. Received emails from Royal Mail to say when it was arriving. Great product, great service.

AI customer support keeps asking the same questions and you keep providing the same details: order number, email and delivery postcode.
Still no idea when to expect delivery for a birthday gift. This is 2026 inform customers when they expect delivery.
