Excellent customer service from Luka

I own a '24 ZX6R with the Performance Package upgrade which includes an Akrapovic end can. Unfortunately my cover snagged the decal on the exhaust and over time the corner and started to lift and break off. I have been unable to find a replacement online as it is the decal that specifically mentions "Designed For Ninja ZX-6R" on it.
I reached out to Akrapovic.com directly for guidance and initially my query was pushed to the main UK distributor who said they were unable to help as I needed to source from Kawasaki directly.
However a day later I recieved an email from Luka at Akrapovic.com who whilst again confirming I would have to speak to Kawasaki, actually managed to provide the specific part number for the Akra ZX-6R decal.
This was a massive help as I had already combed the Kawasaki parts sites without much success due to description ambiguity and/or lack of images.
Fantastic customer service to follow up on my query after it had been pushed to the UK distributor and gave me the key bit of information needed to nail down the order, which arrived today from Kawasaki.
