Very thorough survey carried out by Toby who later made great effort to talk through his findings in details. This was immensely helpful. Jestyn also did a valuation and again offered to discuss findings. Both offered to send contacts for repair work. Altogether a very complete and thoughtful service and I strongly recommend them. The quality of a report is very important as it gives you the leverage needed, when/if issues occur, to reduce housing offers you have made on a house or for remortgage/insurance.
Had I not got all this detail I would have made some very grave mistakes on house purchases. Estate agents and sellers are never truthful.
J&C are often very busy, as they are very good at their jobs so I feel best to be patient, if you want a quality report.
