Deceptive Practices, Gaslighting Timelines, And Hostile Customer Service. Do not trust them! The Rating should have been minus 5 stars! Yes, this in my opinion, pretty much describes American Jewellery & Coin Auction LLC, aka AJAC.
I won multiple auction lots with this company. My first auction closed on August 10th. Despite their stated policy that coin and bullion orders ship within 3–5 business days, my items never shipped. I proactively sent my shipping information immediately, which they ignored, only to ask for it again later.
After waiting 14 full business days with zero shipping updates, I politely reached out multiple times asking for tracking info. I was completely ghosted. They ignored daily emails for days straight.
Only when I finally stated that I would have to report the total lack of communication to my credit card issuer did they reply within seconds. Instead of providing the tracking number they promised, they gaslit me about the timeline, lied about how long they had the order, and canceled my transaction out of spite.
Worse, they claimed they issued a full refund, but absolutely no refund or pending credit has appeared on my card for 3-4 days. And then, only a partial refund! They are unprofessional, dishonest, and use hostile tactics against paying customers. Avoid American Jewelry & Coin Auction LLC at all costs.
Perhaps they should also learn how to spell!
