Radio Silence from these guys

Radio Silence from these guys. Placed order, paying for next-day service. They didn't deliver. DPD has tracking number "still expecting goods." Phone number (shared, it seems, with AllRounderCricket.com, who went into administration and split away but still share the phone number) won't take calls and points you to online chat. Which is non-functional. No reply to email either. This is either a scam or something the owners do very part-time, taking no care of customer service. Avoid like the plague. BTW, we'll simply dispute with card but for those that want to contact the owner, Air Track World is the trading name of
BRIGHT FUTURE SPORTS LTD

Reporting to Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman

Very similar to previous reviews. Airtrack arrived damaged from being folded, despite the website instructions to roll in storage to avoid cracking. Have repeatedly e-mailed with no response (website states will respond within 1 hour), called the given number only to be directed to an answerphone service for a cricket retailer. Live chat (supposedly manned 7am-10pm) has permanant message 'We're away right now, please check later'.
Now getting credit card company involved and will also be reporting to Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.

I ordered an 6metre elite track in blue…

I ordered an 6metre elite track in blue and got orange. Normally that would not matter, however I had an existing track in blue and wanted to extend it! Also the pump was missing!
Sent four emails no replies . Terrible company. Do not buy from them!!!

Buy Elsewhere

Buy Elsewhere, would be my view.

Ordered an AIRTRACK WORLD 3M DEVELOPMENT TRACK on 30th November 2024, and given, in my opinion, the quality of the product left much to be desired, and not as described on their Web Site, I decided to return the product.
Given the company has a 14 Day returns policy and you have to contact the company before you return it (See below as to why), and it must be in the original packaging, which is impossible given it arrived in a dilapidated poor-quality box and wrapped in stretch shrink wrap, which is not re-usable, I attempted to contact the company many times by both the only telephone number on the web site, where every time you get a recorded message from a company called All Rounder Cricket, advising you to leave a message, or write to them at an airtrackworld.com email address and they will reply within an hour, according to their web site.
Despite the numerous telephone calls and emails over the next few days, I only received an email response when I believe they became aware that my credit card company, at my request, were withholding payment.
While, in their email, they advised me to return the product, having little confidence that I would get my money back without even more time, stress and effort, and having to source a large strong cardboard box, buy a reel of stretch shrink wrap and pay circa. £15 postage to return the item, I decided to ‘cut my losses’ and put it down to experience. At least the electric pump included in the package might be useful.
As an indication, in my view, as to the quality of the product, it was supposed to include, as per the web site, a ‘Repair Kit’. All it comprised was 3 x vinyl ‘off cuts’ in various colours, including one which had ‘Product of Cambodia’ printed all across it. There was no glue, or anything else that you might need to affect a repair. I challenged them on the so-called Repair Kit, and their response was, in their words “The repair kit is standard & is what is provided in the thousands of Air tracks we have supplied to date”. Having now sourced an alternative product from a different supplier, who actually answers the telephone and responds to emails, I know what a ‘Repair Kit’ means and is supported by a general definition of a ‘kit’, “A set of supplies that a person uses for a particular purpose or activity”.
The other point of note is that there appears to be no address for this company on their web site. So, if you are unhappy with a product, there is very little you can do in terms of returns unless they contact you.
I’ve put this sad and time-consuming exercise down to experience, as I should have reviewed the company prior to placing an order.
Should anyone wish to challenge this review, I have a full audit trail and photographs.

No response on email despite multiple…

No response on email despite multiple chases not sure if it’s ever going to arrive - 9 days now since ordering when apparently suppose to be next day - going to get my credit card company involved

AVOID THIS COMPANY !

Paid for the item , emailed them as realised the address was my old address.
I still have access to the old address to receive order, but emailed anyway to see if they could change the address for more convenience. I had no reply but a notification that it was cancelled. Still not received a reply or refund to my account . This was for a child’s birthday present and deeply disappointed at the lack of communication and now at a loss of money. I would urge anyone to not use this website, there’s no communication and very likely just a scam. Will be reporting to trading standards

Spent almost £300 on an air tracks torn! …

Spent almost £300 on an air tracks tumble mat and after a few uses rolled it and put away as instructed. Unrolled to find a tear in the side! Material too thick to repair it seems. Nothing works and air tracks are not replying to emails. Kids so upset. Please avoid this company.

Product good - company needs to do better

All I can say is "buyer beware".

PROS

1) The website is good and ordering was easy.

2) The product itself (a 6m gymnastics air track) seems good and daughter loves it. Pump is effective and quick, and can deflate as well.

CONS

1) No indication of delivery times online.

2) They don't seem to communicate at all, and this seems to be reflected in other reviews here. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping notification so no way of tracking or even knowing what service was used. I emailed them and didn't get a response.

As it happens, the product turned up the next day (5 days after ordering). All well and good - however I would have very little confidence if there is a problem (either with our product, or for other customers).

So a 2 star review might seem a bit harsh given that everything turned out OK. However companies need to learn that silence is deafening and that customers will assume the worst. Please respond to queries!

Bras Poor Quality

I ordered some bras and I received them quickly but I was disappointed with the quality. The material was so thin that it offered no support. There was not paperwork in the package so I went on line to find out how to make a return. I got the instructions and they said not to send back the product without contacting them first and that I only had 14 days for returns. i tried emailing them several times and got no response. When I made my order I realized that I order 2 black bras instead of onf black and 1 pink. They made the correction and I received the correct colors. So I thought let me send an email to that address and I got no response. The email ended in hotmail.com. Thus, I believe this company is a scam. I want me money back and to return the bras.

Do not use Airtrackworld, product is awful and will not respond when making a complaint

Looking at the website and the photos of the products I thought I was getting a quality product compared to the budget options. I bought a 5m airtrack and took a week to be delivered. The product was awful. The bag it comes I was faulty which was not a good start. The product was a different colour to the one ordered. It looks like it has been kept in storage for years or is a seconds as the product is damaged (creases that are so bad the outer skin is split, the tape holding it together is not fitted properly and everything is faded). I emailed them to complain and I get nothing back. Do not use this company.

Not received my order and the company won't reply to me

I ordered an air track on 1st August. I received notification that it was shipped on 2nd August and it's the 15th August and I've still not received it. I have emailed, phoned and used the live chat and had no response from this company. I do fear that this company are no what they seem. Avoid using them!!

ITS A SCAM

They have been operating another business under same registration AIRTRACKWORLD. Cricketfeedbuddy.com
its a total scam . company is registered in the UK as BRIGHT FUTURE SPORTS LTD .

I have sent several emails to the seller but they are not replying . on 19th april they sent me a message that the items I ordered have been kept by British Customs and they are sending me a new package and i should be receiving it by end of that week. since then I am sending them emails but they are not responding. Then I contacted them through Social Media Facebook page and they have blocked my on Facebook. This is a scam, they also blocked other people who wrote the same about them.

UPDATE:
I HAVE ALREADY SHARED THE DETAILS TO TRUST PILOT (KARL) Directly .The Payments I made were to airtrackworlds account.The refunds i received are from AIRTRACKWORLD.
Paypal has decided the refund in customers favour and you still say that this is not yours?
All screenshots have been sent to TRUSTPILOT. However if you TRUSTPILOTALLOWS i can attach it here too .
Wont be removing the review unless An acceptence of the mistake and apology is not sent.
Please proceed with defamation suit.

Great prices

Great prices, great service and high quality product.

Ordered a 6m air track from airtrackworld.com. I sent them a message prior to ordering as it was a last minute birthday present for my daughter after being let down elsewhere. The guy on live chat was very helpful and they dispatched the order within 10 minutes of purchasing and it arrived next day.

Highly recommend.
