They lure into thinking you're getting a good deal, ask you to pay deposit to reserve your dates, then when you pay balance they tell you, it was paid late and Airline has increased the price and you need to pay more. When I said I didn't have more and can they refund. The Senior Manager, Michael said refund would take 5-7 business days. Then Sara says 7-14 days....she would get Senior head to call me, been days and no call.

Worst ever. SCAMMER changed their phone number when I figured it out. NEVER use them, they lie!!! About everything! Comes up as air travel services " . Said they were air Canada. Maybe in the UK, but said Dallas or New Jersey, couldn't get their stories consistent. They have access to your flight information! That is scary

Do not buy from this website they are scammers they will scam you. They scammed me and ruined my whole trip to Europe. It is not a trustworthy site. They stole money from me and weren’t and they never returned it. They can’t speak English well. When they booked my flight it turned out to be fake and they booked the wrong flight as well several times, and it took me my whole trip to rebook a new one with Delta. I am very mad and disappointed. I will never get my $2000 back that I used and they refused to refund my full amount of money that I spent which was way more. I want to warn others to never buy from here because they charged my card several times without reason and abused their access to my information. This website should be shut down because of how unprofessional they are.

They represented themselves as Expedia and informed me my flight had been canceled! They supposedly reinstated the flight for an additional fee! I was panicked and fell for it! As soon as I got off the phone, I got a fraud alert and called Barclays about it. After numerous phone calls with Barclays, one associate and I called airtickets.com and he said he’d refund me. Of course, he didn’t so I disputed it. Barclays was on his side as the only proof I had was the recorded phone call with him! I truly hope no one else falls prey to this company! I’m so sorry I did.

They intercepted a call and identified themselves as another company with a similar name. I was standing at the Delta counter and Delta could not resolve my problem as the trip had been ticketed through Kenya Air with the first leg being Delta. It was a simple schedule fix, which Kenya Air ending up resolving. However Airtickets claimed they did it and charged $2700. Upon checking with Kenya Air, they assured me that it had been resolved by them at NO cost. Airtickets is a fraudulent company! I realized I had been scammed when the documentation they sent me said they were with Delta and I was standing at the Delta counter working with the senior agent, and Delta could not resolve it, only Kenya - which they did - for free.
I disputed the charged immediately.

BEWARE! These people are professional fraud scammers. I lost $5000. and they charged my company card $5000. I booked tickets for a work trip for 9 passengers. I wanted to make a change in the tickets. They posed as expedia and then told me that i could get a refund and book new tickets. They CANCELED all my passenger tickets-expeida told me they impersonated one of the passengers and lied to expedia and canceled 9 plane tickets with no refund. Expedia told me they used the name of someone else on text. Then this company they charged $5000 in fees on our credit card illegally. I ended up having to rebook pay and expedia another $5000 in rebooking fees and flight price changes. This is high level fraud. Be very careful and beware! This is serious scamming and impersonating and then stealing your money.

Zero stars! On Dec 2024 I called the American Airlines toll free number and these people AIR TICKET, answered, impersonating them. The charged me $299 under the false premise that AA's page was down for mainenance and the real air fare was higher! Later I found it was a SCAMMER who INTERCEPTED the call! They falsely told my credit card company that I was the one who reached out to them! They also operate under Fargo Travel Agency, Inc. and have some negative reports to the BBB for similar cases. What are the airlines doing to address this "glitch" in their phone number??

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Airtickets.com. This company misrepresented themselves and took money from me under the pretense of processing a refund that was never initiated. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I was on hold for hours, trying to get in touch with someone, but to no avail. They are completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using Airtickets.com at all costs. They are nothing but a scam!

December of 2024 I was trying to book a flight to Orlando through American Airlines. Somehow I ended up in the arms of something called Air Ticket. Never did the representative advise he was not in any way connected with American Airlines. As I am an American Airlines Advantage member (which I advised the representative) I had no reason to use something I later learned is Air Ticket. I strongly feel this organization purposefully does not advise consumers as to who you are dealing with, nor advise
consumers they are not connected with any airline.
I can't help but wonder how many consumers use their service thinking they are going through an airline.

I'm angry these people are still in business. They misrepresented the airlines. The key is to cancel your credit card or block the charges as soon as you can. Because of that, our story has a decent ending. Before I got home from running errands, my senior citizen husband Googled Lufthansa airlines and Airtickets phone number came up. First misrepresentation: my husband reached them and asked if the rep was with Lufthansa or United and he said United. My husband then asked to choose our seats for an upcoming flight and the rep misrepresented again and said our flight had been canceled and he would gladly rebook it. This rep then sent my husband a supposedly legal document to get his permission to cancel our flight with United/Lufthansa and canceled it. He also got my husband to sign some other agreement that he agreed to pay them their fees and pay a separate amount to United. The rep proceeded to charge their fees and that's when I walked in the door. At the same time, my husband's bank sent an email, questioning the transaction. After we hung up, I realized we were paying a third party fees over the amount United charged us and it wasn't fair and it was a possible scam. My husband immediately called the bank then blocked the charge then called them back and canceled the card. So, Airtickets never got our money. A lady called us at midnight called because the charge to United didn't go through and wanted our correct info. I told her no and hung up. Oddly, the first Airtickets rep did take the proper steps to cancel our first booking with United and we got a legit email from United cancelling the reservation. I was able to rebook the same flight for the same price I booked earlier and didn't have to pay United twice. Another misrepresentation: the Airtickets rep said the same flight was $300 cheaper than what we booked it for earlier. He probably quoted us the price for basic economy not the economy level we booked.

They should be banned from ever doing business. I wish I had read the reviews before booking with them.
I had tried to book with Booking.com a flight with Zip air Business class Bangkok Tokyo. The confirmation did not go through right away. In the end it did, but not after...
I called what I thought was zipair, Instead, the number listed was for Airtickets, and when I asked, they said yes, zipair.
When I paid them over $500 more than Booking,com, the proceeded to use the booking number from Booking.com as their own, then adding another $680 fee.
They never ever gave me their booking code, as they never had one!!
After 4 hours of dealing with this, waiting for a call back... Ughhh...
They have my money, I have my booking, but over charged $680 for their "Service"
Promised a refund of $180... right...

I was scammed out of £370. I thought I was ringing klm turns out was this company. Told me if I didn’t not pay the extras I would lose flight. I was going in couple weeks and just panic. Learnt my lesson the hard way. Bank would not refund money as pending said they couldn’t. Plus when challenged bank said I paid for what I got. Don’t use.

(antic trip )they give a lot of cheap air tickets but when we booked it after they don’t give confirmation letter as well they said u have to pay extra money again if we ask refund they don’t give .. be aware of these type of travel agent or website

This company is a complete fraud. I purchased two upgraded seats for my long awaited vacation. The airline had NO information on this. Further, I am elderly and need assistance moving around the airport. This request also was not completed, although I confirmed multiple times during the phone call.

This company could improve by closing its doors. I have not had dealings with a firm that blatantly lies about what they are selling you (2 round trip tickets - NO - 2, one-way tickets on different airlines at different times. Extremely difficult to contact and all they do is tell you "you should have read the fine print, it's too late now".

They charged me an extra $1,300 to get home after Delta cancelled my flight and had no other seats available. Delta made arrangements and ir cost me dearly. My card shows $1,616.00 to United and an additional $1,300 to Air Tickets. I didnt have a choice.

I used this company to cancel and obtain a refund for my BA flights. They charged $275 to do this and promised my refund will be in my account within 45 days. This took 30 days. The contact form won’t work without a booking reference. They never gave me one. Can’t phone them, as the phone line is a premium rate one. Which I only realised once I’d finished talking to them - £100!!!

I booked a flight over a month ago and have not recieved so much as a confirmation email.
They charged me 160 euro and when I tried to contact them, the phone number does not work and the support form will not submit as it forces to fill out a booking reference which has not been given.
