Bought a second hand intercooler from a breakers yard but it didn't come with any fitting bolts. I contacted Airtec asking to purchase some and they instantly agreed to send some out only for the cost of postage. Customer service was fantastic 👏 Thanks Daniel.

Called on a Thursday to confirm delivery time of an order to be placed the next day (Friday), was told the item would be dispatched asap & be with me the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest, so I booked my car in to the garage for fitment on the Wednesday.
Placed my order Friday morning at 8:00 am, less than 24 hours after I had spoken to the company, only to receive an e-mail saying the inter-cooler cores were out of stock for two weeks,so I had to ring the garage & cancel.
I understand items go out of stock, but to be told the day before they were in stock is poor communication.
