I ordered over $100 in guns from airsplat. The next day I got an email asking for a shipping address because my billing address was a P.O. Box. I replyed within 9 minutes, and got an email back later that day saying it would be shipped asap. A week later it still hadn't been shipped so I started calling and emailing, it did finally get out and I recieved it 14 days after it was purchased. HOWEVER, one of the guns was missing, and another appreared to be used, or refurbished at best. I immediately began calling and emailing again, and after 4 more days I got an email saying someone would contact me in 3-5 days. That never happened, so I am still calling and emailing 33 DAYS LATER! I would never order from airsplat again, the products are terrible, the prices aren't great, and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with among hundreds of companies over the years. STAY AWAY!

I was waiting for my package today like a child at christmas. Pacing back and forth for waiting on the UPS truck. Finally it arrives, so thrilled that its here, I could barely spell my name! Rushed in and first thing I go for, the rifle boxs. All the boxes looked crisp opon opening the large 50lb package. On the top the Well MB05 sniper rifle. Opened up the box, and put together the rifle in minutes. The sniper rifle looked and felt great in my hands,feeling the slight rush as I started to pull the bolt back, and fire of the first shot. Started crono test , thanks to the crono I had got from airsplat on my previous order. OMG!!!! 480, 478, 479, 478fps, OUT OF THE BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew my wife would love it, and she did by the way when she got home from work, the first thing she did was, put the kids inside and came out and shot 50-80 rounds (Yes!) I then opened up my second box, D Boys M4 SD OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at this rifle, whata great look to the real one all metal upper and lower all the way to the front, and the adjustable stock made it all the better, not to mention the foregrip! The feeling you get from having this 16.7 rps, 370 fps weapon in your hands, you can see the fear in you enemy's eyes! The third box, D Boys SPR MK12 AEG Metal. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!, this rambo shooting machine could'nt look better! All metal minus stock, flip up front and rear sights!
The smile on my face when my friend came over and saw me in my new gear, which is like everything I have, I got from Airsplat.com, and let me tell you, we got some nice gear for me and the wife being noobs. Airsplat.com is the best place to by your airsoft guns, ammo, outfits, well everything. BEST PRICES AND SERVICE HANDS DOWN!
Oh by the way that reminds me, I need to get some Tornado Hand Gernades, and the Claymore m18 remote mine! People dont waste your time or money, This is the Airsoft HQ! Thanks Airsplat.com, and thank you Larry, who took my order.

I purchased 3 guns from Airsplat for my son's birthday gift and all 3 arrived broken. I emailed them and shipped them back as instructed. The total was $49.97 PLUS shipping PLUS return shipping. However, I was only credited $38.95. Don't waste your money!!!

To date I have ordered several items from these folks to include the M4, AK-47, M203 Grenade Launcher, not to mention other low cost product. To date none of the higher cost itmes have worked. After recieving a non functional AK-47, I returned the item for repair which was returned in worse condition than I sent it in which is why I did not even bother sending in the other items. I recently ordered an item from airsplat (shame on me). After explaining their poor service I was offered a small discount. When I checked my account the following day I discovered that there was no discount at all and my account was debted the original cost. If I could give less than 1 star on this site then they (airsplat) would recieve "0" stars due to their poor customer service threatning to hang up on me when trying to find out why they woud not honor an advertised price. The individuals giving 5 stars on this site apparantly work at airsplat. Take a veterans advice and take your business somewhere besides airsplat, they leave much to be desired in quality of product as well as service. My appologies for punctuation and grammer as "airsplat" does not deserve a capital a.

This place is a fake and all of you who write a good review just are suck ups. I'm surprised that I ordered from them at all and that when i got my gun i got the wrong model and it was broken and used. I am very frustrated with them so I sent it back and didn't get my refund?? My dad sent the problem to VISA then i ordered a JG M733 TSF from [link removed]!! which came brand new and was not broken and worked amazingly. If you want to buy a airsoft gun here are some ideas. [links removed]. DO not like airsplat and their service sucked.

Please do not purchase anything from Airsplat. To date we still do not have a working airsoft gun which was purchased as a Christmas present in 12/2009 for our son and it is 03/24/10. The initial gun we bought was damaged and did not function properly. We contacted Airsplat on 12/25/10 and even though the present was just opened Airsplat’s policy time to return the airsoft gun had expired, they recommended we send it back to be repaired. Upon receiving the "repaired" airsoft gun, it was still broken and missing parts. We have had multiple correspondences via email and on the phone to resolve this issue but to no end. They now will now not refund or exchange an airsoft gun that never was used nor ever worked. We are left with a broken airsoft gun and they truly don’t seem to care. They are an awful company and I would truly think twice before purchasing anything from Airsplat, Inc.

This is not a reputable company! They ship used merchandise under the guise of new. We ordered a gun for our son as a Christmas gift. When we received the item the product box was not sealed, the lid being completely unglued and flattened. There are hand and finger prints all over the gun, there is glue or tape residue on both ends of the scope, the magazine of the gun had BBs in it, and it had been fired. AirSplat has given me two stories, the first being that the U.S. Customs sometimes opens the products to inspect them. But, do they also fire them? The second story is that the manufacturer opens the packages and test fires them. Unbelievable! After long waits on their customer service line, they've once told me they would email me Return Merchandise Authorization info within 24-72 hours. When not receiving an email after 108 hours, I contacted them again and they told me my request to return the gun for exchange had been refused. They had no reason why I wasn't notified of that fact. They said they would not exchange it. Sabastian told me the gun was fine and would fire OK. I told him that I paid for a new gun, and that's what I expected. He has now told me he would issue me a full refund. But, he also said I would receive email instructions within 24-72 hours. It's now been 60 hours with no email, but I'm not expecting much, so I've filed a dispute through my VISA card so that VISA can deal with these corrupt people!

Just bought from them for Christmas. I did lots of comparisons and this place was by far the cheapest. Shipping was super fast, was shipped out same day and arrived right on time.

I ordered a gun from Airsplat for my son for Christmas. I wish that I would have researched the company and read all of the bad reviews before ordering! I paid for 2-3 day shipping and never received the gun. I found out later that they had shipped it to the wrong address. You can never contact them through the phone number listed, only through their e-mail. And then good-luck getting them to respond! I never did get the gun and they are not refunding my shipping costs! I ordered almost all of my Christmas gifts on line this year and this is the only one that I had problems with! Never order form Airsplat!

Ordered airsoft gun on 10/30/09, rec'd gun but gun was non-functional. Contacted company via phone (no answer, finally emailed them about situation took them 3 days to respond. They claim their "policy" allows only 3 days for refund however for different products it says 30 days. There is no way to comply with 3 day refund as they do not answer their phone nor email until after 3 day period has expired. Got them to send shipping label to send back non functional gun for exchange, requested JG T3 K1 SG1 & DE M58B airsoft guns for exchange. 1 1/2 weeks pass and no contact from them. Called and again no answer, emailed and was informed that they needed additional shipping before sending it out. Why they did not contact me to inform me the need for shipping I do not know but it is POOR customer service. paid additional $16.54 to ship out replacement JG T3 K1 SG1 & DE M58B airsoft guns and received the wrong item. Received DE M58B airsoft gun and unknown other model looked up other model on their site and found it to be a BE HK33E M15 which turned out to be $30.00 cheaper than requested model. Also turned out to be shipped broken as well, bought "new" and received used gun. Again tried to contact airsplat.com and no response until after "3 day" period expired yet again. This is beyond POOR customer service!
