If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

Lots of options!
I like seeing all the possibilities on the map and then clicking for more information on the options I’m interested in. Surprised though that some options show final pricing and some add in more taxes, etc. when choosing to book it.

I’m sick and tired of companies like…
I’m sick and tired of companies like you trying to screw over people I entered a half hour early. And it took over a half hour for them to pick me up and they wanted to charge overage. Even know they charge by the day. When I showed up early there were many spots available. They clam to make your travel less and they just make more stressful. I had been using those lots for years. They don’t to worry about this happening again with me. I will never use them again. I will also tell everyone I can about how they treat their customers. I will also tell my coworkers that travel a lot about my experience with them.

We found the business very unorganized…
We found the business very unorganized when we first got there. Only 2 people working and we were not very clear on the procedures and the sales staff were not helpful.
I felt I had left my car in a not safe place.
When we picked it up, things were a bit better but still not great for customer service.
