Never a let down by this company. I get my tickets through Trainline and always had a good deal.

Could have given it a 0 stars if I could.
Taking this bus have completely ruined my trip back home.
Starting with a LIE said by a guy selling tickets in a booth in the luggage room of Stansted Airport.
Whoever you were there on the 26th of April - screw you. You have ruined my night completely by blatantly lying in my face and not caring about the customer completely. I guess selling that ticket is an ultimate goal, not the customer's experience, innit bruv.
So, the douche said I will be on Liverpool street in 50 minutes, and I was able to catch the closest bus and stay optimistic.
In 50 minutes we were only reaching the city. I have checked and the timetables on the website claim it takes an hour to reach Liverpool Street station from the airport, but even with a good traffic with the route taken this is impossible.
We have reached the destination in almost 2 hours, which had caused me to completely miss the last train and the last bus back home - both, and be stuck walking around London all night to wait for the earliest morning train. Oh, and of course to buy a new expensive ticket.
And do you know what the driver told me when I said that the estimate drive time was supposed to be 50 minutes? Reminder, it ended up being 1 hour 50 minutes.
He said: "This was not my fault, that's the traffic today" and "What can I do for you now?", showing 0 empathy and no apologies.
Not tat would have changed anything really, but it shows what is the goal of this company and the employee's attitude towards you - as soon as they have sold the ticket, nothing really matters.
I would not recommend anyone to use this company, I will also never use it again.
And if I ever see that clerk selling the tickets again, I will tell how I feel about them to their face.

Trying to go to Victoria station i’ve been sold a ticket from a guy who’s clearly lied to me as National Express have a direct bus to Victoria station.
Asked for a refund i’ve been told that was possible only online, how disgraceful is the staff and the management.
Definitely not recommend this to anyone.
Much better NA , professional and not lying to customers.

Arrived in Stansted airport, neeed to go to London city, the options were basically 2, train or bus.
I found train horribly expensive so i wanted give it a try to the bus with Airport Bus Express.
Couldn’t be happier with my choice, reasonable prices and extremely punctual.
Regarding the Bus journey was approximately 45 min to Stratford, was a pleasant experience, bus seems relatively new, clean and with a comfortable seating.
Positive note to add, free WI-FI provided during the journey that works well at decent speed, very useful for people coming from other EU countries with not international free roaming included in their mobile plans.
Overall extremely pleased with my choice.

Lovely girl named Dana at Stanstedt Airport in London gave me such a nice welcoming and helped me out to buy a ticket and recommend nice places to go during my 8h layover in London. Love her!!!

It’s a bad experience today morning when I’m coming from stratford to stansted the guy who is working today morning had a rude behaviour and unprofessional guy

I have been using Airport bus express (stansted) every other week for the past few months. The service has always been great. The open return ticket and the fact the buses run every 30 minutes has been a lifesaver multiple times, especially when your unsure what time you’ll arrive at the bus. As somone who has to use a wheelchair a reliable service is a necessity.

I can’t thank Ramona and Patrick enough for all the help they have given me. Their kindness is unbeatable. And they’re always so friendly and patient even on the busiest of days.

Will definetly continue to use airport bus express and will making sure my family use them too.

Excellent service from stansted airport.
From the ticket seller who was kind and welcoming to the ticket checker at the door and the driver Valentina was above and beyond. The driver helped load my luggage and double buggy and when I came to my destination the driver went out of her way and already had the buggy ready and my luggage as well as helping my sleepy children off the coach. Really impressive.

Airport bus express saved the day when train services were down , and managed the crowds very well on that busy Sunday afternoon !

On Sunday the trains were not running, so I had to find an alternative way to get to the airport. The coach stop at Stratford was very, very crowded, there were maybe hundreds of people trying to get on any coach they could. People were going mad and pushing to get inside, without giving a care about other people, even children. Thankfully there were two people working for Airport Bus, a man and a young woman (I think they were Italian), who did their best to help with the chaotic situation on that afternoon. Despite the rudeness from certain customers, and the insults they received from stubborn people who didn't want to understand the situation, they stayed very professional and polite. I've never seen anything like that in my life, so please give my compliments to these two amazing people, there should be more like them in the customer service industry!

I usually take the express train to Stanstead but when i found out the Stanstead Express wasn't running I had to look at other options. Airport bus express is a great alternative; reliable, comfortable, punctual, great driver and good experience all around. I might do it all the time now :)

I arrived to Stansted Airport a few hours ago, and when I arrived downstairs into the bus station, there was a man selling tickets with a hat and a long yellow coat (all i can remember) who I asked for a ticket to Liverpool Street, he proceeded to give me a ticket saying it was towards Liverpool Street when in fact I arrived to Stratford and I asked the driver if we are going to Liverpool Street and he said no, me and my boyfriend ran out of battery and luckily the driver helped me get a taxi to my destination which cost me another fortune, I asked the driver for the guys name but I forgot it, I was too stressed out trying to hopefully get to where I need. Please DO NOT trust these people! They would do anything to sell a ticket.

No queues, fast and cheap transfer

The coach was comfortable, the trip quick and easy and good value.

Great service by Patrick on Stansted airport

I arrived to Stansted airport last night unprepared for the extent of disruption caused by the train strikes. A gentlemen manning a stand of yours by baggage claim was incredibly helpful, informing me of the disruption and advising (fairly, not trying to push anything on me or use dodgy sales tactics) me to buy a ticket and queue up as soon as possible at bay 25.

Upon joining the queue around 7:30pm I was quickly spoken to by stewards on the ground who were friendly and calm. They were able to tell me the frequency of the buses, and how long they thought it would be until I was able to board one which was great peace of mind. I also saw them checking peoples tickets to let them know if they weren’t in the right queue - I thought this was incredibly admirable and doubtless helped many people get home quicker!

They were a great contrast to stewards of other companies who I saw more than once being rude and dismissive to confused customers.

The bus driver was also friendly and professional, getting us to Stratford in great time! The bus I boarded left the airport around 8:40pm.

I wish I had taken some of their names but I hope this praise gets back to them somehow - they were an asset to the company and solely responsible for preventing what could have been a really stressful situation!

Really helpful and friendly staff. Very clean & comfortable bus. Arrived promptly. Would highly recommend over & above National Express. We always used to get the train from Tottenham but now I’m a convert to Airportbusexpress which is much more comfortable and better value too!

I highly recommend this company to everyone!! Nice friendly people, good service and specially always on time!!
