I have used Airnsquare multiple times and cannot recommend them enough. On each occasion, I have been compensated as agreed and the communication with the team has been outstanding. Most recently, I had a flight from Heathrow to Boston cancelled. Due to my past experience with Airnsquare, I immediately contacted them. They assured me they would work on my behalf to ensure I was compensated appropriately. After months of their dogged persistence, they settled my claim. After I provided my bank account details the compensation was electronically transferred within 2 days!

My flight from Copenhagen to Sarajevo was cancelled and I was told by the airline staff that I cannot get compensated. However, Airnsquare managed to get the compensation for me. In the process their staff was very polite and helpful.

We didn’t believe that we would get a refund for our delay over 3 hours with our flight from Copenhagen DK to Larnaca Cyprus… but we did 🙏🙏🙏 260 euro each 😉 Happy days 😉

My SAS flight was canceled because of the pilot strike. Airnsquare was able to get us compensated for the return tickets we were forced to buy even though SAS had already refunded our return tickets. Our flight from JFK to Paris with Norwegian got delayed by about 14+ hours in December and when one of the representatives for Airnsquare came up to my friend and I to talk to us about filing a claim, we were a bit skeptical at first. But seeing that we really had nothing to lose since they didn’t have much of our information, we decided to give it a go. After several months of occasional back and forth emails and updates, we finally received the good news that we would get our money.

Sure, you technically could file it yourself, if you already know that you would qualify to get compensated for a delayed flight in the EU, but I don’t regret using Airnsquare.

I really appreciate their services, and considering I didn’t know anything about the EU’s laws about delayed flights, I really couldn’t have gotten this money without them.

Airnsquare and specifically Fredrik are the real thing! Last September, eleven were going to Barcelona. Our flight was delayed nearly 4 hours. After some skepticism, via Airnsquare we filed 2 claims since there were eleven passengers. To make a long story short, after some ups and downs, our first claim was approved and paid early this year. Given the COVID induced economic downturn we thought the second claim was doomed. BUT, due to Fredrik’s perseverance he advised us a couple of weeks ago that the second claim was approved and we received our money last week. Believe me when I say I was very skeptical of the process. But, Airnsquare has made me and my family a believer.

I was approached by a representative while at the airport. He was kind and professional. I provided my contact information & from that point on I didn’t have to do anything else until it was time to collect my money. They kept me posted on the status of my claim via email. 7 months later, I revived a deposit in my account.

I was doubtful especially after covid and rumors about Norwegian going belly up. It took about 10 months but Airnsquare came through loud and clear. Thank you. Will definitely recommend.

After being delayed several hours @ Norwegian Airlines gate @ JFK, a ring woman approached is and explained the refund for delays and how it worked. My wife and I were a little suspect, but we're like wth why not? A week or so after our trip I received some emails and I initially thought to disregard them (which I did) until the last one that said you have one day to sign the dox.

Lo and behold a few months later when I totally forgot about this, I got an email stating that they won the "case", submit my banking info for the deposit. 3 days later full refund.

I want to say thanks, because it came at the RIGHT time, and that these guys ARE legit!

Thank you Airnsquare for the commitment to fight for the delay flight compensation. The service was amazing, the proccess was really easy, comfortable for me, I did not worry for anything, they accomplished everything. I was updated continously about the proccess and they never hided any info.

They promised to pursue a refund for me due to a long flight delay. It took a year but I got back almost $500 with very little paper work on my side. It was surprisingly easy & relatively very rewarding.
