Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, unhelpful, they just write a templated "go to this page to do the thing" responses, sending you to outdated or unclear pages.

Our most recent cargo has been delayed by three weeks (so far), because the staff forgot to send the confirmation to the airline, asked for the wrong paperwork, didn't provide clear instructions on which codes they needed (and what those actually are). We are sending a chair and a sink, and they sent us to a page with codes for weapons and explosives...

Their systems are archaic, there is very little automation, the whole workflow is stuck in the 90s, everything is done with pen and paper, inevitably resulting in delays, errors, etc. from both sides.

Last time they gave us the wrong flight numbers, and our couriers at the destination had to go to the airport for three days in the row (again, delays and financial losses)

Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer service ever!!! Flew from S.A - Dubai - Auckland. Lost our luggage, no one answers the phone, no one phones back. Left countless messages. Had 9 bags, 4 was deliveres 5 would have been on the afternoon flight to NP. Went to the airport....no sorry noyhing flight was to heavy. No clothes no medication and sending me from pillar to post. This is redicilous

AMI - lost my luggage and False promised me

I used this freight company to ship my belongings. All were new stuff bought from expensive places like IKEA, Holland and barrett, Amazon and I did have very precious memory items sent to me.

This company lost my belongings and took them several months to agree to give me a compensation.

What u can say about this company is the following;

1. They are very careless and are not a company to trust to deal with.
2. They will false promise the customer in hoping to get away with the cut off period to claim compensation.
3. Their fault was not sticking the label on the bag securely which led to losing my belongings! So negligence is expected from this company.
4. Untrained staff which is cause of the matter.
4. They will and are ready to breach any contract you have made with them which is a proof of their irresponsible attitude and lack of conduct or professional ethics and they will explain that as limited liability while it was their fault and they were fully liable for the lost luggage.
5. Poor customer service as they would not get back to you and are ready to drag on any case!

ALERT -tip- the freight agent (in my case I used alburaqcargo) you deal with ask them do they ship with AMI airmenzies company if they say YES they do! then Turn the offer and look for a new agent or a freight company.

I strongly DONT recommend anyone shipping with this company as they are not to trust with anyones belongings.

I'm in court process with them and will get full compensation as they are refusing to get back to me and they are fully liable to compensate me.
