I will advise booking.com to delete them from their site

I will advise booking.com, -they should remove them from your site. They are steal by trick. Collecting £45 extra from me. Sending me a message on the day of lodging to pay £45 for verification not refundable. That is not acceptable. My wife, children and I were in the rain because they refused to access the apartment. I was forced to pay that money after travelling from Scotland to London. They are criminals and thieves. Don`t use them, please.
