Poor management

Poor management! The staff are mainly young adults who need a stronger support system to help them to do their jobs. They were thrown to the lions, dealing with dissatisfied parents and who had paid a small fortune to be there. The staff were all friendly and did their very best under the circumstances, but when we spent over £300 on a kids party at the Bristol site, but turned up to find that it wasn't even on their list...it was the first of many red flags. I will be emailing a constructive complaint.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. They’re more concerned with making money than looking after customers.

We’ve arrived for a trampoline session only to find that all the cafe facilities are closed for a scout sleepover (it was 9am).

When asking staff about where I could feed my baby in peace the response was ‘the trampoline area’ and I was treated with utter contempt. I’m not going to feed my baby on a trampoline, or in the middle of what’s usually some kind of semi-organised child riot. Manager needs to have better answers.

Very happy to never come here again. Or to wear those ridiculous socks.

The facility itself is OK, food is dire

The facility itself is OK, I guess, and the kids loved it, but the food is very expensive for below even basic quality. Only the merest nod to Gluten-free (chips or pizza) Vegetarian or Vegan dietary requirements. That said they didn't have the veggi hot dog and a single, meagre slice of basic white bread with some onion and some cheese was £4.95. Aand you're not allowed to take in your own.
