Terrible attitude from staff who work…

Terrible attitude from staff who work in office.
Rude and arrogant telephone operator
After waiting the agreed minutes had to phone and still had to wait for at least another ten minutes saying, "well, we're busy, mate"
had to walk home !!!

Terrible attitude by staff who work on the office

Service is great when it works. IVR picked up the wrong address with the first letter of the street being mistaken. After the second cancellation from the taxi driver after they called and were rude and ended the call on myself I called up again and spoke with a female who was the rude and instead of an apology for the IVR SAID “well it wasnt us it was the ivr” and ended the call on me again. Suggest that some training is completed for customer service skills, regardless if its an ivr or agent error there should be an apology and the member of staff should not be rude or end the call before i even get to speak. If there was another taxi service within greenock i would not use this one again.

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace. 23 minutes late. Which left me to late for my doctors appointment. If you are making other bookings a priority then DO NOT accept booking. Will not be using again!!

If I could rate 0 I would. Got hung up on twice, after I could finally speak to the cab people they decided to say never heard of the place and hung up again, with all the children screaming in the background as well

ABC Taxi's

ABC Taxi's, Liverpool runcorn 💯, local drivers, I felt so comfortable and safe on my journey home, keep it up lad's I'll be spreading the word. Not felt this safe with a taxi service for a long time. Thank you 🙏🏼.

MOTHER LEFT STRANDED

My Mother had a taxi booked for her today while at the dentist, it never showed up. The staff there repeatedly chased it via phone call with you to be told it was on the way and it will arrive and even it had been....it had not as a staff member waited outside for it for her so she didnt have to due to the weather. My Mother is in her 70s & didabled....this is disgusting!!! In the end, 1 of the staff at the dentist kindly took her home as I was at a pre-op appointment at the hospital myself. This is completely unacceptable

My disabled daughter wanted a taxi this…

My disabled daughter wanted a taxi this morning to get from grandparents house in Mansfield to our house also in Mansfield which is a 7 minute drive.
Cost her £38. Said driver went wrong way but still charged her for his mistake. RIP off to say the least. I should pay them a visit later

CHECK YOUR CHANGE

I ordered a cab from my address to my local and was going to pay by card but it would not go through so I tried my other card and again it would not go through so paid with a £50 note the driver commented that I was taking all of his float and gave me my change in £5 notes and £4 in coins the change from £6 fare , but when I went to pay for a round of drinks in the pub he had gave me £34 change not £44 I phoned abc and the driver said his float was correct and I must of made a mistake, I am absolutely never going to use this company again and would urge anyone booking a cab in Harlow to NOT PHONE ABC CABS but phone metro or some other cab company, £10 robbed from me and they couldn’t care less whet a terrible company

Kind to elderly passenger

Another firm had let my elderly mother-in-law down. ABC got to her in 10 minutes and picked her up. The driver also rang me to confirm he had got her, explained she was cold and in pain but she would be at her destination shortly. Amazing service and really caring

I wasn’t very happy today one off your…

I wasn’t very happy today one off your drivers picked me up from college today and he kept using his phone while he had me in the car and when we was on a 30MPH road he was going 40MPH I didn’t feel safe in his taxi

Do not use this taxi firm

I have had recent problems with this taxi from for about just under a year now with them saying they struggle to find my address. The drivers claim that the navigation system says I live an entire street away from my actual location and yesterday I had a taxi booked from my home address to another location but it did not arrive in the location of my address yet again. This time I decided to call the ace taxi office directly because I have emailed them several times regarding this issue with the drivers finding my correct address location and they have not even bothered to ever email me back with a solution. Upon calling the office I had an incredibly rude and disrespectful man on their switchboard phones who called me stupid and said that I kept putting in the wrong address, however upon checking my phone and messages I have received through the ace taxis app the address was written correctly by myself and had been every single time but the address he claimed that I had been putting into the app was actually an address that did not even exist in the Mansfield area at all. When I confronted him about this lie he said I would not get my money back when the car did not turn up nor was he sorry for what had happened. He was so unprofessional it was ridiculous and I will not be using ace taxis anymore due to their utterly horrendous behaviour towards their customers.

No choice but to use another firm

I use ABC on average 2-3 times per week to get to work. Whilst the text message updates are good they are consistently late with no apologies for considerable delays of 20 minutes+. Needless to say this makes for a very stressful start to the day. Not what the website promises as a 'taking the tension away journey'!

First class service

First class service. Driving two elderly ladies to separate addresses and walking them to their doors. They were very impressed with how polite the driver was and made them feel safe.

So disappointed with this taxi firm

So disappointed with this taxi firm. We booked a taxi online and were given a quote of £13 for our 5 mile journey. We watched the taxi driver change it half way home to £20 and refused to take any less. I phoned ABC and the controller said it was up to the taxi driver, not them. It was literally me, my husband and my little girl so we were not loud or rude in the taxi. Such terrible service.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. I paid for my cab and waited over half an hour and the guy would not come into my area and expected me to walk five minutes. If you’re not going to to Go through a barrier code then don’t take the damn job in the first place.
Why would I call a cab for that? I would’ve walked home quicker . Rang up and told Cab would be on route in five minutes. I waited 25 and still no Cab arrived.
Disgusting service. Will not use again.

Exellent service.

Just to update that i cannot speak highly enough about this company. I've had some health issues recently. They got me to my appointments on time waited for me and in very clean cars. But most importantly the drivers were polite and calm. This helped me because i was very stressed.
A brilliant service from booking back to dropping me off back home.
I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. From the taxi drivers to the arrogant call handler..booked a taxi online last night , paid £7+ upfront on the app. After a few minutes we rang the company as the taxi hadn't arrived. We were told the taxi had been and gone and as it was our fault they wouldn't refund the money. The taxi apparently arrived 3 minutes after booking it.. This is all so wrong. Firstly, there was no message or anything to say the taxi had arrived. We certainly wouldn't have expected it to arrive 3 minutes after calling.. in all honesty I don't think it arrived at all
. Second, the "lady" we spoke to on the phone was rude , unapologetic and full of arrogance. She is definitely not cut out for a job in customer service. And finally, how can they charge and not refund money for a job they haven't even done ?! I don't even know if that's legal.
Disgusting company. Don't use.
