John delivered again. Got what we wanted and we are looking forward to a smooth trip. Hard to review a trip that we haven't experienced yet. We have used John in the past and its been nothing but a great experience for us.

Matthew was fantastic in working with multiple family members to secure us tickets at an excellent price. He saved us a substantial amount of money. The best part was his communication with us. Joe Gold was able to find the best available flights for my daughter albeit it is for a premium and economy flights. He has saved me the headache of personally searching and booking online. We shall find out if it is indeed going to be a good flight. I will let my daughter be the judge when she takes her flights.

Mel was very responsive to our needs and changing itinerary. It was very courteous and professional at all times. He was able to beat the price I found online.

The price first quoted was competitive, but then he couldn't get those tickets. He kept trying, and tried to sell me tickets that we Premium Economy or Economy, when I said from the beginning I wanted Business class. We are elderly--we cannot sit up in seats in Economy for long haul flights. We will look elsewhere.

I’ve tried many many sites and did not work with any of them. Mostly attendants were even rude! They not even get back with the right trip or schedule.
