Horrid customer service

Ordered multiple items from this website. Does not reply to emails requesting information about the order.
I have been waiting for over a month with no indication that the items I’ve paid for have even been shipped.
I’ve reached out to the company on 4 seperate occasions to seek an update.
Website is a com.au address and states it’s locally owned and operated however it appears they are actually from the NZ.
Items that were ordered as a Christmas present a month ahead of time are no where to be seen.
