AirBest home services were amazing! I am so happy I put in a mini-split/heat pump and am amazed at how quiet it is and effective. Jason is awesome! He was very knowledgeable about rebate programs, made reasonable recommendations (rather than oversell), was quick with the quote, and got me scheduled within a week. He also offered interest free financing for a year! AirBest was $12K less than my second proposal (because they are a small business and more lean). The staff arrived on time, were respectful of my property, were able to problem solve effectively when things didn't go exactly as planned an got my two rooms installed beautifully and professionally in a day as promised! I liked them so much I promoted them to others in my condo complex. Thank you AirBest, can't say enough great things about you.
This Company is really the worst company i have ever seen! after three months and three return delivery to them because the people who work there are really stupid and cannot read! they could’t even write the right housenumber on the parcel so it had been delivered earlier instead of being send back again! Will never use there service again ( oh yeah they don’t have any service ) and i will not recommand anyone to send something with them unless you are willing to be threatened like a donkey !
We send more than a month ago our packages from Dubai to Netherlands. After 3 weeks still nothing arrived because the employee of this company used the zipcode as house number. We are 2 weeks busy just to get it right, and every time is the same story. We need the packages for the wedding next week, but they ruined the plan. We do not recommend to use this company.
This is the worst service ever used for shipping the courier. I sent my courier on 26th May 2021 by flight they told it will reach in 2 weeks this is the 4th week still no update.
