Where is my order?
The website states that orders are delivered within 5-8 days. I ordered a trenchcoat 10 days ago and they still have no information on when the order will be dispatched. The only info provided is that only AFTER it is dispatched, it will then take 5-8 days for me to get it, but no one can inform me how long is that: weeks? Months?. Very vague information and customer service with automated generic answers. Can’t say anything about the quality yet, since I am still waiting to receive it.

Wish I'd read the reviews first
Wow - wish I'd looked at Trustpilot reviews before buying. I bought Aigle wellingtons in January 2021 and up until this week have loved them. However - this week the inside material lining (which is stuck to the inside of the boot) has started to come away, just where the back of my heels rubs, resulting is horrible blisters, even with thick socks. Customer service simply said "find a good cobbler". There is nowhere to complain, or even suggest that they revisit the design of their boots. In todays world it is shocking that I have to throw perfectly good boots because of a fault in the lining.
Not as sturdy as they look
I used to be obsessed with hunter rain boots which i would keep for more than 10 years. In 2020 i decided to try Aigle rain boots. I have many boots so its not like I would wear them out or anything. I wore them a couple of times. In 2024 i used them twice and one of the boots cracked yesterday. I thought it kind of sucks that in less than 4 years, barely worn they didn’t last…
Aigle Laforce boots
I bought Aigle Laforce boots. Not impressed. Made well but uncomfortable to wear all day heel not deep enough so foot slips, and they squeak a lot on some surfaces..not good when they’re selling them as hunting boots. Also the foot bed feels slightly misshapen
Avoid Aigle - poor quaility
Another sorry tale of poor craftmanship and even worse customer service. As others have stated, both of my PARCOURS 2 ISO split at the heel, making them useless as wellies. I bought them 18 months ago directly from Aigle for £150. Customer service tells me (I sent pictures) they have signs of intensive use—poor excuse to get out of building customer loyalty. Stay away from this brand!!

I bought a raincoat from Aigle at 380…
I bought a raincoat from Aigle at 380 euro. One of the first time I used it a strap on the sleeve came loose when out walking. I only discovered when I got home and couldn’t find when retracing my steps.
I went into the Aigle shop where I bought the coat and have a loyalty membership. They said they couldn’t help me. They referred me to a customer service email. I wrote to them not requesting a new coat. Just a new strap and would happily pay for it.
They wrote back to me telling me that I could take it to a tailor to see what he could do. They themself couldn’t do anything.
I bought alot of Aigle products in the past for myself and my children and been happy with them. However, after this experience I am afraid I have lost my confidence in the brand and customer service.
Not a genuine Aigle site?
I bought shoes from what looked like aigle website. The item has not arrived and on further searching I realised when I ordered it came from a site which says aiglesoutlet.shop but their site totally mirrors aigle the site is aiglesoutlet.shop but on paying statement showed Juanmen LLC
Obviously not Aigles fault but so disappointed that fraudsters are out there

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I bought a pair of these boots and they have already got a hole in them despite my following the care instructions. When contacting Aigle, their response was that I wasn't entitled to warranty because the boot looked (in their words) "fairly dry"
Given that I had followed their care recommendations to a T AND only just oiled them... I knew they were having me on!
Please avoid like the plague and save yourself £200. Absolute waste of money!
Also I please do not be fooled by the response they gave below as that was also a nonsense... They simply emailed me back to say they couldn't help and will close my case. No help whatsoever and certainly no honoring of the warranty they claim to offer.

Poor products and customer service
Purchased a pair of Aigle ladies boots which leaked. Having contacted Aigle theie customer service unhelpfully responded that "the boots are not completely waterproof. We have other types of Aigle boots desgined to be more waterproof".
I also purchased a pair of Parcours 2 ISO boots for myself which have started leaking. I asked their customer service for advice and was told "We no longer sell this product and cannot offer any advice, speak to a cobbler".
Poor quality products and customer service to boot!!

Ailge Gore-Tex water-non-proof coat
I had a 20 years old Gore-Tex coat from Ailge. It was wonderful but too old now. I decided to buy the second one, also from Ailge. It took me a year to save enough money and I bought it at the end of December last year. It was fine until one rainy day in February. This Gore-Tex coat was soaking wet. I could not believe it and wrote to the customer service of Agile in Japan. No one replied so I wrote again a week later. They apologised for not receiving the first one and ask me to send the coat back for testing. After one month waiting, I was told that the company Gore-Tex refused to do the testing for them. It must be sent by customer and the aftermath will be taken care by the Gore-Tex. I must wait for the coat to come back. It is very strange but I contacted the customer service of Gore-Tex anyway. They had no idea and needed to check with others before telling me what kind of photos that they needed from this coat. They will decide whether to check this coat or not after they receive the photos. I will have to send the coat again for testing and wait again. If the coat is finally checked and proofed it has something wrong, they will refund the money.
Is there no contact between these two companies? What about the time I have to spend on this tedious matters and ended up with no coat but disappointment only?
A good company will take the responsibility and take care of the products under their name, not fooling their customers around.
I really cannot believe this is the quality control and the customer service from these two companies.

Terrible Experience, Never Again.
Wish I had read the reviews sooner. For shoes, it can always be a bit difficult since the sizing really differs from model to model. Same was in my case, bought 2 pairs, but one didn't fit as it should have, hence I wanted to return it.
The buyer pays return shipping to France; this is not mentioned on their website that the return shipping is to France. Hence I paid an extra 15 euros just to return the shoes I didn't want. Customer service wanted many photos, which I obliged, but the fitting is difficult to prove with just the photos.
Additionally, the German right of withdrawal is not valid since this is a French company. I would never order again since the experience was nothing short of terrible.

Poor quality, poor service
The boots split between the upper and the heel, as many here seem to have experienced. They lasted much less than the two year guarantee and were bought direct from Aigle's website.
I had trouble getting any reply out of them at all, but when I finally got them to respond, the warranty was not honoured as they claimed the boots showed signs of "intensive use". The boots are marketed as long lasting and suitable for professionals and my use was definitely less intense than how a professional would expect to use them. For all the people kicking themselves that the warranty wasn't honoured because they bought them through a supplier, don't beat yourselves up about that as the warranty isn't even honoured if you buy them through Aigle!!
My partner had a pair of Aigle boots that lasted a very long time, with heavy use, that's why I bought these. Maybe at some point in the past, Aigle produced quality boots, but not any more.

Poor quality product that doesn’t last
As like other customers I have purchased the Aigle iso 2 Parcours wellies, they have developed a leak on the seam which has split on the heel which is clearly a fault on the boot.
Spoken to Aigle customer service, very abrupt said it was the retailers problem, contacted the retailer with full proof of purchase who stated they were out of warranty after 18 months. The most expensive and not fit for purchase welliingtons I have ever owned. Will never buy another pair and will use my money wisely on a different brand who actually care about their customers! Avoid 😡😡

Very bad experience at Aigleshoesuk.com
I bought online at Aigleshoesuk.com a women's jacket and fully paid. To my great disappointment, it never gives me any email reply or confirmation. I hear nothing about its status, whether processed, shipped... I sent 3 emails to enquire but no one replies. The company and the process is so ridiculous! No customer service or follow-up at all!

They just don’t care!
I contacted Aigle to ask for help and advise with regards to a boot which has split on the upper of the foot area, (the boot was purchased 2 years ago but is only worn to walk the dogs when it rains) only to be told that they won’t help me because I didn’t purchase from them directly!
This lack of customer service is staggering!
Aigle Wellingtons Worn Out After 16 Months
I have a pair of Aigle wellington boots that have worn and leaked after only 16 months. On booth boots, the crease point where my foot bends has wear, fraying and holes. They were a gift so I have no proof of purchase. I am hugely disappointed in this brand and will never purchase from it. I feel the quality of the goods is not even close to the price/value.

Lack of Customer Service
I purchased some wellingtons which are just out of warranty and have begun to let water in. I washed and cleaned them and when dry inspected them for holes/tears but could see nothing, however inside i found the neoprene to be worn at the toes. I messaged via Facebook and contacted via website to seek advice if this could be the issue (although I would have expected the rubber to be waterproof) and was there any product they could recommend that would return them to being waterproof. No response whatsoever after a week.

Aigle is ungouryunately not a solid product any longer.
My rubber boots are defect in sole and rubber i general and i can throw them in the garbagebin after a little use. I think that the cheapest alternative product to 1/3 of the price would be much better, unfortunately, because i used to love the product that i have used for over 40 years☹️Lars Larsen Denmark

I bought these Parcours iso2 boots to replace my well worn chammies.
Do they compare? Not in every way no. Quality is very good seemingly, neoprene is thicker, sole looks more durable, half the price of chammies too.. what’s not to like? The ergonomics of them. Most uncomfortable boot I ever wore. Designed by a child it seems. Tight around ankles, the front of ankle is tight on the boot pushing your heel into the heel of the boot pulling any kind of sock off, and your toes so far away from the end. Anti fatigue they say, no chance. It’s a battle walking in these. Simply Clown shoes.
Chammies ordered.
