when you order office equipment from Ahrend, they sub-contract IT supplies to its subcontractor ARP. they cannot deliver a simple order for more than 4 months already. same issue is with my other colleagues.
ARP is ridiculously unreliable. Ahrend cannot anyhow help with its subcontactor, whereas you make order on Ahrend website.
