Item never arrived. Customer service appears to be Chinese bots that do not provide refund. Essentially stole $56 from me.

Slow ship
Slow ship. Product smaller than normal sizes. I ordered a pair of shorts. After, washing still has permanent creases. Would not order again.
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! First-time customer here. I decided to place an order for Christmas and because their website's promise of "35 Day Free Returns, No Questions Asked, Hassle Free Shopping" gave me confidence to place an order. However, the pants and shirt didn't fit my son so I contacted customer service to request a return shipping label.
Instead of providing the label, they asked why I was returning the items. I thought what about your "No Questions Asked" policy?! But okay, I explained my reason and requested the label again. They responded by offering a $65 credit toward new products—despite the three items I wanted to return totaling $145. I declined and repeated my request for a return label. Silence.
After sending a fourth request with no response, I filed a dispute through PayPal. Suddenly, they sent an email offering a full refund without requiring me to return the items. When I agreed, they claimed they couldn't process the refund because of the active PayPal dispute and asked me to close it.
This is a common scam tactic. Once you close a PayPal dispute, you cannot reopen it—leaving you completely unprotected if they decide not to issue the refund. The case closes, they keep your money, and it appears you're a satisfied customer. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Customer service and shipping is horrible! Girlfriend ordered two shirts for Christmas, and never received them. Complete scam!! Customer service gives her the runaround, not helpful at all. Be prepared to lose your money with them.

You could improve by hiring a delivery service that would drop off packages securely off the street into a secure building and to the correct building address on label. Could also call customer as the phone number is on the label.

The items that I bought were just like advertised. The only issue is the shipping. It takes weeks for a delivery, partially my fault… I wanted the items faster than the Christmas rush would allow.

Thick, nice fabric pants. Good fit, true to size. But just wait. A couple of washings (nothing harsh, no bleach) in a regular washing machine and color spots show up. A few at first, then they multiply.

I purchased 2 pairs of pant from AhaSelected and the sizing guide was waaay out. The size I received said it was a 33 inch but when they arrived they were more like a 35-36 inch and ridiculously too big. The returns policy was just a pain in the backside, it was not easy and they are unwilling to pay for returns making the customer foot the bill (buyer beware).
As for the quality of the pants? Well, they were excellent, can't fault the workmanship, though I have to say the blue pair of chinos was completely off and resembled nothing like it was online.
All in all, I'll take a pass next time when it comes to these guys. Its just not worth the hassle.
Terribly difficult to return. They run you around until the "return window" closes.
I ordered 2 pair of the joggers. A black and khaki pair. To start, the material is rough and stiff. Its scratchy on the skin. Next up, the black pair was not black, had that green tint to them and they looked used. Seemed like they had been washed before being returned by another customer. NOW, after submitting a return request for the black pair, I noticed the khaki pair had a malfunctioning zipper. The process of returning the khaki pair was delayed because the order number was linked to the black pair only (which I already submitted a return for). So, after the run around with their "customer service" in order to return both pairs together, the return window has closed. This is a joke, I now have 2 pairs of pants I have no use for. Material is uncomfortable and customer service did me dirty. I won't purchase from this seller again.
