GAP INSURNACE SUPERVISOR JULIE

GAP INSURNACE SUPERVISOR JULIE: I HAVE NOW RETAINED A LAWYER.
Well, they've screwed me for the last three months. Specifically the gap insurance supervisor, Julie. She is the definition of incompetent. Below you'll find that I've dealt with 25 calls. All of them are recorded. Most of them, after mid December. In all of those 25 phone calls, this is the info I've been given:
we sent the check out
Okay well it never arrived, so I don't understand
My financial institution(Westlake scum): we haven't heard from them at all actually.. but you still have to pay until we get the check from the gap insurance
Call agws a few more times with no answers
Finally get someone competent, and they inform me that the check was sent to the wrong financial institution. They knew for at least two weeks. And "hindsight is 20/20" as a response to when I asked if they weren't sure which place, why didn't they call? After which I was told they have to wait 30 days to cancel the check(which makes absolutely no sense if the check hasn't been cashed and it's been sent to the wrong place???) well it is two happened that 30 days was coming up in 3 days from then.

So I call back
No news, no check cancelled, no answers. nothing.

This for 2 weeks

I pay my car payment at the last minute so it doesn't go on my credit report
I call and reach someone competent. This person is no longer answering my calls, even though I have their direct extension I believe it is fear of retaliation from their boss, Julie. This person told me that none of the calls I've had with Julie, asking for her boss asking about the checks, the check dept, her lack of access(they're literally down the hall from her, how can she not find out?!?). There are no notes at all from my several phone calls at this point. So this wonderful person tells me they will write notes in every portal possible, and contact both bosses. Unfortunately, with reports like this in many corporate settings, they go to their direct supervisor before the top bosses. So my guess is Julie put a stop to the reports.
I tell Julie she's incompetent and I want to speak to someone with more power than her who has answers. She sputters and says they'll reach out within two days.
Two days is a Friday. I don't trust her at all at this point so I call on Friday morning instead of waiting.

To which I was told, no I'm not going to my bosses, I know how to do my job so we don't need them..

Well clearly you don't, Julie, because I just made a second payment, along with my new car payment to avoid a ding on my credit.

And as of 2/4, Julie still doesn't have answers, and she doesn't even have an answer for why she doesn't know. She doesn't know what the hold up is, she doesn't know how to find out, and she doesn't know why she can't find out. Idk how she got promoted, but she needs to be fired. It's been 3 months. I totalled my vehicle in mid November!!!
