The worst thing that happen to me was to find this site and order from here. So I wanted to buy a watch for my husband as a anniversary gift and they scam me. After I place the order they didn't send me an email with the order details so I write them. They answer me after 3 days and tell me that I have to pay again, so I send them the details with my order and the bank transaction to show them that I already pay for the product and they tell me that I have to pay again even after I showed them that I already pay, after one week after I place the order they write me that the payment company indicates that my order it's still in processing and once that it's gone through they will send me the email, so it's been more than a week since I payed for the watch and they didn't send me anything, nothing sure all what they said it's that I have to pay again, this is fraud, they scam you, they didn't care from their clients, they answer very hard and they don't know what to say so they say the same thing over and over again, I'm so disappointed, I couldn't waste that money to buy something nice for my husband and they scam me

SCAM do not send any money it’s a scam you do not get a watch or a refund and they even gloat and threaten you online about the fact they have your money and your shipping address !!!

IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO LEAVE LESS THAN ONE STAR THEN I WOULD. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CON ARTIST. THEY ADVERTISE WATCHES THEY DO NOT HAVE THEN THEY OFFER YOU A WATCH THAT YOU DO NOT WANT.THEN WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVES IT DOES NOT EVEN WORK AND WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND. This shop sells replica brand Swiss watches. The delivery time is extremely long and the return policy is completely unreliable.
After I ordered a replica of a brand watch from Agwatches as a gift for my wife, it was only delivered after 8 weeks due to "Chinese holidays". The watch turned out to be too large for my wife's wrist. After contacting customer service ("Joy") I was allowed a refund and asked to send it to their contact in Guangzou in China.
The instructions were followed exactly, but after a week DLH reported that the recipient in China repeatedly refused the package. On 4 requests from my side to agwatches and the offer to deduct custom costs, if applicable, from my refund, Agwatches responded once in a minimal way and then no longer at all. DHL informed me that it would have the shipment destroyed unless I have it returned at my expense. Damage: watch 163 euros, shipping 66 euros.
