Powerful CRM with the Best Support I’ve Experienced
After spending more than a year comparing different CRM platforms, Agile CRM has been the best overall solution in terms of the features and value it provides. It offers a lot of capability for managing contacts, automations and campaigns without the complexity or cost that many other systems come with.
What really sets Agile CRM apart though is the support team. Every time I have reached out, the team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They take the time to understand the issue and make sure it is properly resolved rather than giving quick generic replies.
Good software is important, but great support is what makes a platform truly usable day to day. Agile CRM already stands out for what it offers, but the support team takes it to another level.
Awful support, a failing CRM that is falling apart.
We used Agile for 6 years. To begin with it was amazing, but over the years multiple features have just stopped working and the development team are not addressing them, instead they push you to buy their 500 Apps software.
Year after year, they took our Biannual payment of nearly £2,000 and we had to complain to get it back. Most recently, last year we jumped to Zoho and went through a lengthy back and forth with Agile to ensure our account was downgraded to a single user £15 a month package - however, today they took another £2,000. It took hours to finally reach someone, and although they finally refunded the full amount, they accused us of not properly downgrading our package - even though they confirmed that this has been done a month previously via email. AVOID. There are far better, more up to date and reliable CRMs on the market for the same price.

Been trying to cancel the subscription for two years but they do not cancel. They have to phone you to cancel and either never do or never follow through with the cancellation.

Scam, do not give credit card details
Was testing CRMs for a client so started a subscription for 2 users. But then we found that active development was stopped a few years ago, see their product update page (TP doesn't allow to share so find it yourself please).
The CRM still works but we decided not for that client so cancelled the active account. Now, despite cancellation of the account (can't log in anymore) and contacting the helpdesk (agileCRM and 500apps where they "hide" now) several times, they ignore that and keep taking the money from my credit card every month. Had to replace my card and completely block that merchant to stop these scammers. Too bad this happens as this was a great CRM before.

Back Charged For 4 Years Without Consent
I signed up for 2 years with 1 user in 2020. After 2 years, they tried to rebill me but my credit card had expired. I was not aware of this and was no longer using the software. I had zero leads in there. In 2025, I was thinking of reactivating the software for $12 a month. I noticed my credit card was outdated, so I updated it. They charged my card THREE payments of 431.52 each and claimed I back-owed them the money. Total of $1294.56. They refused to refund me. I had to dispute these charges with my credit card fraud department, cancel the card and get a new one because of this. Be very wary of this company.
