I really enjoyed the Agile Change Agent course. Mel is a brilliant trainer who delivers a well structured course and combines this with fun interactive activities to keep the learner engaged. The 2 days was jam packed full of information and Mel really brought the framework to life using real-life examples. This has given me some really useful background knowledge to work with as well as a practical Roadmap template to use for future change initiatives.

Training with Mel is an awesome experience. Not only do you get taught the methodologies in an engaging enthusiastic way, but there are always stories from real life that back up those methodologies. This combination really does help the topic to embed itself into your brain!
By the way - it is also a great place to network and it is fun!!

I booked Melanie’s course: Agile Change Management. I was a little wary as I am very much a classroom person, but had heard Melanie do a talk previously so felt it was worth a try. Best decision!!! The course was compiled by Melanie and balanced her book on Agile Change, presentations which were like mini lectures I could revisit, and quizzes to check understanding. Highly recommend as passed exam in what felt like a painless way.

Melanie is enthusiast, dynamic and share its passion about change management in a very effective way. Some real life exemples help to understand the application of concepts exposed.No question is left unanswered. I hope to meet her again in another course.

Melanie was engaging, informative and really there to help you understand concepts, use a variety of learning techniques and give lots of examples and stories along the way. The course is very fast paced and intense and without doing the precourse reading, I think many would struggle. Really enjoyed the week, thank you!

The course was conducted on Zoom, which i had not experience before and used for the exams, which was a different concept to what i am s=used to, but it worked well.

Very practical in her delivery and keen to avoid the buzzwords, it is clear the wealth of experience Melanie has in change management. Questions were answered in a clear and succinct way, which I also appreciated.

Melanie made the course very live with her great experience, enthusiasm and real life examples. Definitely one of the best and useful courses that I have ever attended on change management.

Great learning experience.
I attended the Agile Change Agent and Agile Change Coach trainings with Melanie. It was a fantastic learning experience with lots of practical advice. The format was quite interactive, particularly the activities done in breakout rooms. I would suggest including an Open hour either in the middle, or at the end for some of the more shy participants to ask questions specific to their organizational context. This could benefit other members too.

Melanie and her team were absolutely amazing. The course was quite intense but SO worth it. She ensured that I had covered all of the content before my exam and was always on hand for questions, even out of hours. More than anything, she is such a fun character, full of energy and humour, and made the whole experience delightful.
