DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I called them to cancel an order. I have asked if the cancellation was free of charge and they confirmed to me, also by email. They wrote that they would refund the full money of the order. After one month and an half nothing came on my bank account. I sent meanwhile two emails and tried to call them multiple times, leaving two messages behind: disappeared! Almost looks like they are bankrupted or somethings. So at the moment I lost 160€... fantastic!
