What a service! 2pm Friday needed new wicks. Rang through and greeted with a cheery voice. "No problem. Will get them in post, First Class"....and they are here at 10.30am this morning. (Yes, Royal Mail does work on Saturday.) Even Amazon Prime wouldn't beat that!!
The in depth knowledge of Aga repairs that Jonathan has is excellent and he is able to pass that information on to help you solve problems
I don't often write a review but in this case he was so helpful I felt I must.
I stumbled across AgaDIY in 2006 when I couldn't find an engineer to service my 1930's model Aga.Their servicing instructions are so clear and easy to follow. As well as having the satisfaction of doing the service myself I've also saved a small fortune over the past 16 years. On a couple of occasions I've needed some backup and have never been let down when I've reached out for advice. Most recently Jonathan talked me through the removal of a stubborn blockage in my fuel line, I couldn't have done it without him.

Brilliant people; Wish I had become aware of their existence years ago. I f you can change a light bulb or change a fuse in a plug contact them; you will receive step by step instructions and a wealth of information and procedures from them and save yourself a fortune in telephone charges and 'DUBIOUS' so called AGA engineers. Jonathan your an ace. Our 50 year old AGA is now, for the first time in 15 years, running like brand new and we can also have our central heating on at the same time without the AGA going out. Trust me; as someone who has had to deal with mega issues in many parts of this world; it doesn't get any better than this. Bravo and many many thanks from Bill in deep, and getting darker by the minute, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
absolutely superb and genuine! I was really struggling to keep my Aga going - and had various engineers to come, drink coffee, agree it was not good, get it going and as soon as the front door shut. out it went. I can now 'service' it as and when needed (quite frequently due to the poor quality of the oil) and it's just costing my time. I actually enjoy doing it too! Jonathan has been SO helpful and generous with his time. Could not recommend his care and advice highly enough

I’ve used Jonathan’s guide for a few years to service my Aga with great results. Earlier this year the oven temperature started falling so I serviced as usual but no improvement. Jonathan helped me diagnose and repair the fault, saving an Engineer call out. He responded to all my questions and provided simple clear guides. Great help, many thanks
After having serviced my Aga for over 15 years (I’m not an Aga engineer), came across a couple of issues this year that was preventing the old thing from running well. Lots of popping, fumes and unpleasant smells we’re rife (so much so I was thinking about getting rid of it).
Anyway, my wife came across the AgaDIY site and I thought I’d give it a try as I was struggling to get an engineer and I was getting to the end of my tether doing it myself. Spoke to Jonathan shortly after joining AgaDIY, who explained the areas I needed to look at to resolve my issue’s. He was very easy to chat to and also sent me some instructions through to help, which I found very useful. To cut a long story short - my own personal AgaSaga has been resolved. I carried out the recommended tasks, relit the Aga and it’s now running better than it ever has.
Would definitely recommend AgaDIY - thank you Jonathan.
Outstanding help - even at the weekend. This company knows all about customer service and Jonathan is part of a model company. Very, very happy with them. Why can't other companies do the same?
Fantastic information, and well worth the purchase. The initial instructions for Aga servicing are clear and easy to follow, and follow-up questions on related technical issues get a very speedy response with more great advice. Highly recommended.
The service that is provided is second to none. I had a problem with the electrical readings on my newly installed thermostat and had fantastic support in resolving the problem. The support was very detailed and clear which resulted in a successful outcome, a fabulous company and knowledgeable people who provide a first-class advice.

I’m so glad I discovered AgaDIY during lockdown - I got my Aga running again last year when I couldn’t get an engineer to visit. But even better was my experience this week. I had a problem doing my second service and so rang for help - I got brilliant support over 3 phone calls (on a Saturday) patiently explaining troubleshooting steps and solutions - leading to my Aga now running better than it has for 10 years - better than when it was serviced by professionals! I can’t recommend AgaDIY enough - with their help you can not just do it yourself - you can do it better yourself!
My relationship with AgaDIY started about 15 years ago when a several engineers failed to leave us with an Aga we could cook with. I promised a desperate wife that I would learn to fix it. Largely thanks to AgaDIY, I kept that promise and a measure of respect which lives on, however unearned. Help from Jonathan yesterday, when the Aga lost power and our engineer was away on a two day course, averted the prospect of not cooking for a houseful of guests over the bank holiday weekend. David and Jonathan have always given me advice which is lucid, accurate and unfailingly patient. I am very, very grateful to them.
My Aga had not been running efficiently for many years, but thanks to Jonathan at Aga DIY, I have been able to bring it back to life again. I should have contacted them years ago!

Step by step instructions, clear and concise soon sorted my oil feed blockage. Aga purring again!
Jonathan at AGA DIY could not be more helpful and patient. He manages to talk you through any difficulties re AGA servicing with the upmost patience and helps you truly understand how things work and the relative simplicity of a general service. If you want to save yourself a bit of money and get the satisfaction of doing the job yourself I fully recommend this company.
If you ever need professional help or advice about your AGA, come to this place.
Run and managed by AGA professionals, using their instructions and readily available spares will save you around £290 a year on servicing an oil AGA.
