My partner owes you about £ 20 for an order she tried to pay with her credit card which is MASTER CARD which you refused.MASTER CARD IS USED WORLD WIDE so dont keep adding interest to her bill as its your fault.
I'm need to return a dress. The return has been sent by Afibel but it is useless. I have taken it to the post office and DHL but they will not accept it.
They say your order will arrive in 2-8 days, and I've already been waiting for at least 11 business days. They don't offer any email or phone number to contact me to find out where the package is, and the courier company in Spain (CTT Express) isn't helping me locate my shipment either. I've requested a refund, and they only send an automated response saying my shipment will arrive soon, but no one tells me where it is or offers a solution. I can't file a complaint anywhere either. Don't buy from this store!!!
AFIBEL has lost my trust as a customer, having entered their returns portal correctly, I received no communication for a long time, when it came, it was in French, and at all steps of this process, I have been met with push back, and feel as if there is no way my return will be processed. I have been left very dissatisfied, and would be quick to warn others against buying from this website.
My order is long overdue and I cannot make contact. I have sent 3 emails which have an Auto response to say someone will get back to me. They have not. And I cannot get through by phone. Payment for the order has gone through but no garments recieved. Have I lost my money!
Wrong size sent although order and delivery invoice showering size. Trying to return was a nightmare (EVRI is the worst company ever). Still don't know if it has been received back, so no refund or proper size received.

I reserved a free Air Fryer as requested but when my order came it was a ceramic mosquito lamp I got as a freebie. I've noticed other customers complaining of the same thing, how many people did get the air fryer.

To be honest my choices are very few due to my size I am only 5foot so most items I have to cut a lot of material away and gets to the point where I have alot of alterations..it is a pity because l love a lot of your garments.. Sylvia

I usto really love afibel clothing especially there tops, but since they have changed there sizing nothing fits right, was a 16 to 18 fit perfect now it's 14 to 16 not big enough or 18 to 20 too big. Think it's time to look elswear.
