This company has the rudest customer…

This company has the rudest customer service and they don’t care about their customers. I ordered a jacket and it never came. I contacted to post office and there order was lost. I contacted the company and the lady was rude. She told me to contact the post office and file a claim. I try to explain to her that that the amount the insured through the post office was less and just wanted another one sent out. She hung up on me. I have reached out via email and haven’t received a response. Horrible place to deal with.

Don't order from their website

Don't order from their website. If you can buy their stuff from other stores do that. I suggest Zumiez and buckle for some selection. I ordered and was just now 6 month later told that they couldn't find my order in their system and they lost it some how. And they refunded me. I still wanted the items and they would not help me further.

Company stole $400 from me

My son made an account and made an order using my card, with permission. The order was canceled. We figured it was because the name on the credit card was different then the account. So I made my own account, not associated with his. I reordered his items and added an item of my own. So the total was higher than the previous total. They took the money from my account for my order bit 2 days later took the money out for his order as well. This was a full week after his order was canceled and returned. They then sent him a delivery confirmation to his account and delivered his items. The delivery did not include the extra item I ordered. I then contacted the company to cancel the order I made as we dont need 2 of everything and the order was 438 dollars. They then told me that the order my son received was my order even though the delivery went to his account and was missing the extra item I ordered. They also told me that they did not take the money for his order out of my account even though I showed them the bank statements. They then hung up on me when I told them to look at the statements and tell me why my bank said they took the money. This is not a small amount. I am so disappointed.

Don’t buy from this brand

Don’t buy from this brand. Misleading shipping expectations as it will be two weeks since ordered with no communication. No response from customer service. Poor all around!

Their customer service support is…

Their customer service support is mostly automated messages and A.I assistance. They don’t refund you your sales taxes!!! You pay around $9 for shipping and they also keep the sales taxes from the purchase after you refund and order. I highly don’t recommend buying from their website!

Very unethical company

Very unethical company. It charges sales taxes on items that are not sales taxable in our state. At checkout it said that the sales tax will be refunded in the next step. But then the receipt I got in the email and in the package showed they kept the sales tax. I called and left 3 messages and wrote an email but they are clearly scammers, they did not respond to my email and to my phone call. Do not buy.

Horrible products

Horrible products . I purchased a jacket that cost about $150.00. A short time after I purchased the jacket it started peeling. I contacted affliction and sent them pictures. They said they no longer made the jacket and was unable to help me . I asked them if they had another jacket similar and they said they only give refunds for 30 days after the purchase. Since mine was longer they would not replace my jacket. I suggest spending your money with a company that has good products and makes them. I will never buy from Affliction again and you should think about that also !!!!!

I bought this for my son for Christmas

I bought this for my son for Christmas. Loved the print but the size runs small. I returned it tags in for an exchange and was refused. Affliction returned the items to me claiming it wasn’t in new condition. He literally tried it on, realized it was too small. Left the tags on and we returned it. Now I’ll am stuck with 2 shirts I spend $100 on that don’t fit my son. HORRIBLE customer service. Ridiculous and I will NEVER Support this company again. Too bad because my son likes it but a company that won’t honor exchanges is not worthy of doing business with!

They sent me the wrong tee shirts

They sent me the wrong tee shirts. They expected me to pay for the return and the delivery of the correct items. In the end they just stopped communicating with me. I was left with 2 tee shirts I didn't want.
Would a company like Affliction act like this? Or is this a scam site???

Bad customer service

Purchased a new watch from them. I normally love their stuff. It did not work. Reached out for help. I understand these things happen. The initial answer was to try and get me to send it off for repairs. I said no, I was not comfortable with that and can you just replace please. They then said they were probably all like that and would have to check with warehouse??!! After several emails I sent it back for replacement via our last email conversation. Without asking they gave me a partial refund, no explanation, no answer to my email as to why. They ghosted me and shorted me some money on refund. Then the link to rate them they sent me does not work, how convenient. I was a very long time customer who only wanted a working item I paid for. They need to seriously fix their customer service.
Honestly nice items usually, but look out if there is a problem and you need help. They don’t stand behind their products.
