Would happily use Affinity Villa’s again. Stayed in Casa Al Gharb. It was exactly as it looked on the pictures and the location was as described, it was a gorgeous home for 2 weeks.

I had very quick responses with a few last minute queries before we went from the staff UK side, and the representative who visited us at the villa itself was lovely. Very friendly and obviously knew the area well.

Great customer service, efficient processes and beautiful villa. Will use them again in the future without hesitation.

Good selection of reasonably priced villas, easy booking and clear details with a prompt response (except on Sundays/bank holidays which I thought was a little strange) … need to check the detail of facilities to ensure that you don't assume anything that isn't explicitly stated … I made that mistake and it was my mistake, so not implying any criticism of Affinity.

Affinity Villas were efficient and pleasant throughout the booking process and when we arrived, had a welcome hamper awaiting which was much appreciated by all of us and saved us a visit to the supermarket. The Villa was lovely with superb hilltop views.

Very efficient and friendly service , always called back promptly, answered all of our questions no matter how complex or trivial.
One first choice for next time .

I have used Affinity Villas for a number of years and I have absolutely no reservations about recommending their service to anyone interested in a villa holiday.
The staff are first class, the villas are as advertised and the pricing is competitive.

Affinity villas had a wide range of villas in the Algarve, having selected the villa, the booking and follow up service was very easy, professional and helpful. Staff on the phone were very helpful, Verity in particular helped obtain various details from the resort so we could book gym / spa in advance. The brochurs left in the villa by both the owners and affinity were very helpful. Would have no hesitation recommending Affinity and will definite use again when booking a villa.

This was our second trip to Portugal using Affinity Villas and our experience was just as good this time. From initial enquiry through the booking process everything was handled efficiently and courteously. The villa description was accurate and the information book was very thorough. We will definitely use them again.

Affinity Villas are professional and friendly and whilst you do may a premium over other villa companies, in this case the prmium is worth every penny. The booking and admin are faultless, enquiries are responded to fully and completely leaving no ambiguity. The villa was perfect, the description was 100% accurate and we were ready to holiday from the moment we arrived. The welcome pack was ideal for 24 hours and the villa was equipped with homely touches that didn't require a trip out on day one to buy soap. By some margin, the best villa company we have used and will use again.

Would recommend Affinity. We have booked with them twice now and they have been very helpful with our bookings. Our villas have been well equipped and very nice indeed.

Was worried as was booking at short notice and had not heard of these people before. However the service was great, they responded to various email enquiries quickly, politely and informatively. The villa description was accurate and the pictures true to life. The hard copy information they sent me was received in good time and was helpful. The deposit was paid back when they said it would be

Website a bit iffy. But the people are fantastic on the end of the phone. Everything from the actual booking,directions, times etc was spot on. The welcome pack was brilliant.

We found Affinity Villas to be excellent, very helpful and easy to speak with. We didn’t realise they could help with car hire, so next year we hope to use their full service. They also told me about Little Rascals which turnout to be very helpful. I think perhaps our holiday was quite expensive; but enjoyed by all .
