The staff were friendly and efficient, from check-in to the services on board. The boat was clean and comfortable, and the food in the self-service restaurant was fine. Will definitely choose DFDS again!

Because I was 5 minutes late( 55 minutes before my departure time) but 2 hours in total waiting in the que to get to your office, even we has a 2 months old baby we had to wait 4 hours for the next ferry. This is a joke. Shame on you.
