Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, and the plan is perfect for my house, with low prices, a small down payment, followed by low monthly payments, which impresses me the most. My warranty is for 3 years, but I'm only paying for 2, so you get one free year - you can't beat that.

Richard Clemons was great to deal with. Was not pushy, answered all my questions till I couldn’t think of any more! I never had a home warranty before. My sister thinks they are great.
