I bought a product that was delivered in two days (I'm not from Germany). I knew what I was buying, so I got what I bought - a physical copy of the game on DVD. Everything went smoothly, they informed me about the receipt of the order, payment, and shipment of the goods.

I made a mistake (transfer instead of visa) when ordering. This was fixed by a mail to sales support. It would have been easier if I had been able to fix my order straigthaway as the order was not even acknowledged yet. Apart from that no issue, quick delivery intra Europe.

Aerosoft has best Team, best visual product quality and fantastic support. Purchasing products is a pleasure because many payment options are available. Its hard to buy at competitors as they dont offer my prreferred payment method....

Only thing to improve is to make sure that for aviation simulation products - in this case airport models - have always correct procedures like sids and stars available as well. Once installed and flying to such airports these procedures are often not available compared with the default airports. Workaround is to enter sid or Star waypoints nanually into fmc. But this could be better

Very straightforward ordering, shipping and arrived promptly. I could just recommend shopping!

The issue is with UPS....
They just dumped the package in front of our door, while we were at home. It could have been easily stolen and not the way to handle the package with such high sending costs.

I have made two hardware purchases from Aerosoft to this day, most recently a HOTAS system. Orders have been handled and shipped very fast, and arrived in perfect condition.

The item took quite a long time to arrive, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was, that I didn't get any information about the status over THREE months. Even if there was no change in the status, I would have preferred to get any kind of news from aerosoft.

I was surprised at how quickly the unit arrived. I had expected it to take a week or more but it didn't. The unit is as described and was a doddle to set up.
Now to learn how to use it properly.............

Aerosoft in general is pure garbage. I will never know how they havent shut down yet. Every game they release is unfinished shit yet they still want to charge an extortionate amount. I really hope one day their studio will either figure out how to release a good and finished game, or they get shut down forever. They do not deserve any sort of revenue, they don't even deserve a business. Every game I see developed by "Aerosoft", I strongly avoid, since its just going to be massively disappointing. Avoid this company anyway you can, they are not worth giving your hard earned money too!!
