I got some sweatpants but i bought the wrong size. and they actually let me keep the sweatpants and order a pair of my favourite from my collection, and when i was about to choose the wrong color they switched it last second. customer satisfaction was achieved

I placed an order which I received two weeks ago. Everything went super smoothly and email updates first class. HOWEVER I quickly realised I had ordered the wrong size in the tracky bottoms - I had pressed L not XL - my fault. I have tried endlessly to make contact via the info@ email and also via their website. Attempts have been every couple of days I promise you ..... then I got an email from someone called "Brian" who suggested I looked in my spam file - there is nothing in spam or anywhere else. I replied to Brian but nothing. I have desperately tried to sort this and feel so so frustrated I cannot begin to tell you! I feel bad sharing this on Trustpilot but I give up!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Aelfric Eden’s customer service. Their team responded very quickly and was extremely helpful when I contacted them about changing the size of my hoodie order. They confirmed the change promptly and made sure everything was taken care of, which I really appreciated.
Even though the update could not appear in the order details due to a technical limitation, they clearly explained the situation and reassured me that the correct size would be shipped. The communication was fast, polite, and professional throughout the process.
I haven’t received my order yet, but based on the excellent customer service so far, I’m really looking forward to it. Thank you to the team for the great support!

Customer service is insanely bad. Failure to deliver the package resulted in me requesting a refund to which the company made up that they courier would destroy the package and they don’t get compensated but they wanted to give me a store credit? It made no sense at all. If you buy from this brand use paypal so you can dispute it with evidence and ensure you get your money back. They’re definitely not trying to help you and will try to screw you over

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Aelfric Eden. I waited almost two weeks for my order to arrive, only to find that the sizing was completely inaccurate. The item did not match the size chart, which is the main reason I had to return it.
What makes this even more frustrating is that unlike most online stores, they do not provide a prepaid return label. Customers are expected to cover return shipping themselves, which is unacceptable especially when the issue is incorrect sizing on their end.
After waiting so long and then having to pay extra just to return something that doesn’t fit properly, the overall experience feels unfair and disappointing. I would not recommend ordering unless you’re willing to take the risk.

The quality and style are great, and they look just as good in person as they did online. One pair (the blue one) fits perfectly, while the other (grey) is a little tighter than expected, but still wearable. Place an order and one of my items was out of stock. Support team reached out to inform me and offered me the option to exchange it for another same priced item. I choose a new item and they emailed me notifying me of the updates made to my order. Customer service was excellent! I've been loving all the items I've ordered and always get compliments.
