I have used Advice Wise Equity Release sourcing and broker support system for over a year.

It is a simple system to use making it very easy to complete the Advice and Application process from start to finish in an extremely compliant way.

I would like to especially thank Tim Feather for all his assistance during our telephone discussions.

Having had a demonstration of how the Advise Wise portal works with Tim Feather, using various client and property scenarios, I am very impressed with how easy it is to do detailed research for clients. With tools built in, requiring the input of client details only once, it significantly reduces the time it would otherwise take to enable a clear recommendation to be made and to create a file of evidence to support that recommendation. There are also easy links to a range of key companies, including lenders, solicitors, surveyors, which facilitates quick and easy access to additional information and documents where needed. I am an experienced adviser and have been using Air sourcing as my main resource tool.
However, things are about to change after a 30-minute session with Tim Flowers.
Tim demonstrated the advice wise system it looks a lot simpler than what I have been used to. No doubt there will be some teething problems but worth the pain, as I can already see the gain.

Having been introduced to the Advisewise system, helped tremendously by Tim Feather, I was very impressed with not just the system but the way in which Tim was able to help steer me through the various functions

Completed a webinar demonstration with Tim Feather. This was very helpful ensuring that I am sourcing products correctly ensuring that my clients are getting the best product available for their needs and objectives. The calculators and other information available from the platform is very helpful when dealing with customers objections and very helpful when building a clients file.

First class service. Brilliant sourcing tool that really helps break through the complexity of all of the different products out there. The team have always been great when we bring new features or products to the market - this means advisers can be confident that they can choose the best and most suitable products for their customers!

I would like to commend Tim Feather his for his ongoing technical and product related support. I would recommend Advise Wise to all Later Life intermediaries. The portal is easy to navigate and if you get stuck the team is at the end of the phone to support you.

Was skeptical when we first started using Advice wise but after a demonstration on how to get the most out of the service, I have found the system easy to use. I have recently used Steve Bortoft to help with a difficult case and he has researched the lenders on my behalf and managed to get responses much more quickly than they reply to me. Would recommend Steve and advice wise.

Been using Advise Wise since moving over to Lifetime Mortgage arena. First class outfit and Tim is always on hand to help out with anything. Superb to deal with.

Recently had a walkthrough demonstration with Tim where he showed me all of the benefits of using Advise Wise. The fact that everything is stored in one place makes keeping on top of things much easier. I'm sure there's plenty more to uncover as I work through it.

Starting using Advisewise only this week and Tim Feather handled all of our training with great attention to detail. System is really good and is so easy to use and would recommend both Advisewise and our BDM to anyone.

Steve Bortoft helped me following the declinature of a case 6 weeks after an ER offer due to a Legal issue. He took the issue, , he then pulled together the views of most of the ER Provider market into significant and specific research which allowed me to make a recommendation. As I am an occasional ER Adviser he took me back through the Platform and facilities as a reminder , which was very helpful. I'd thoroughly recommend AW and Steve.

I was recently demonstrated the Advisewise ER sourcing system and was impressed with how easy the system was to navigate, the number of tools available for the ER adviser to use both client facing and back office. It literally is a platform that you could run an entire Equity Release advice business from. Outstanding as was the service received from Tim Feather who could not be any more helpful 10/10.
