Advil Targeted Relief, New Product…
This is regarding the new Advil Targeted Relief. Opening it is ridiculous, I had to look it up on Tik Tok. Once I did, and learned the star on the cap to line up with the one on the bottle to open it is on the SIDE of the cap, and somewhat hard to see, but once I saw the “key” to open it was on the SIDE of the cap, I thought I was in business. Nope. The “Key” opened the tube, yay, I lost a quarter of it that gushed out, crap because this was expensive for me, so I put the cap back on, but could not learn how to open and close the applicator. After more Tik Tok videos I saw to push the yellow parts to open then push down on the applicator to shut it. In hindsight I was in pain and maybe not comprehending the instructions the way I normally would, because when I was feeling better, I see on the instructions on the box show you the “Key” to open the tube is on the side, but this product didn’t help me better than Ben Gay and was more expensive. I gave it a whirl and I will continue using it to see if over time it helps better than what I was using, but goodness gracious how many videos do I need to watch to learn how to simply open the tube?! And I am bummed over how much I lost when I finally lined up the key to the star to open the tube by how much then gushed out, may I have a really good coupon to replace that?! Thank you. Whoever wrote the instructions on the side of your box needs a reprimand and a verbal lashing. A few times.
