Excellent product and service. Would recommend AdvicePro as a case management suite for any advice organisation.

Good system for holding case recorders and data.
Reporting can be a bit tricky but the team are always available to give you advice and guidance on how to get the most out of the system.

Brilliant case management system that the team are always improving and always great support on hand when any issues come up (which is rare!)

Overall, we find Advice Pro very useful. It allows us to collect, record and report on a great deal of information for our clients and allows us to work from outside of the office.

I suspect that we do not use it nearly as well as we should and it would be helpful to be able to access guides and tips on how to use it well.

Advice Pro is very useful and we have used since 2008. Not aware of anything that can match it currently. It is easy to use and train staff on and you can contribute to developments. It does have some things which we would like to see developed such as students being able to input their own client data and the reports are a bit hard to work but that it probably more about our own lack of ability rather than any fault of the system.

Great support from the helpdesk! very good system to record information and great for reporting too.

Advice Pro is a powerful, comprehensive and user friendly case management system which very ably supports the work of my busy and diverse team who deliver a range of advice services. We have the custom version and the staff at ACM Solutions have been a massive support to us in setting this up, sharing their expertise and answering all of our questions immediately. Staff find the system easy to navigate recording a vast array of information in relation to their case-work. As a manager I am impressed with the reporting functionality which allows for easy extraction and presentation of stats. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and ACM Solutions.

Don't have a bad word to say about the system or the service provided by ACM Solutions. I have worked with a number of case management systems and find Advice pro by far the best. It can be fully customised so it can be flexible to suit any organisation. The various functions greatly improve the efficiency and quality of service provided by our organisation and we love it!

Advicepro is an extremely user friendly case management system. It's design features, easy access and customisation really do make all the difference to caseworkers. It is an extremely efficient and effective system. The customer service delivered by the help desk team is first class with calls being answered immediately and any queries and issues resolved straight away.

I have used AdvicePro for several years now, firstly in a local authority and now in a housing association. This is the perfect case management system for advice services. As it is internet based it is a great tool for using no matter where you may be working. It is ideal for teams that may have staff located in different offices as it enables viewing what is happening with the case from any location. It is comprehensive yet easy to use, navigate and is very adaptable, especially with the custom module. The reporting facilities are excellent and enable reports to be custom built to suit almost any eventuality. This is especially useful for providing statistical information for funders or when applying for funding. ACM Solutions who manage, develop and support AdvicePro are great to deal with. They are open to suggested improvements, provide an excellent helpdesk facility and provide free workshops. I would highly recommend this product.
