Not Honest

I ordered a part on the Adventur RV website. The part was shown as being “In Stock”. I paid in good faith. The next day I received a FedEx tracking number. When I tracked the package the result was that the label had been printed but the package never shipped.
I tried calling Adventure RV. No Answer.
I tried the online chat. They can't handle anything that has to do with shipping.
I tried emailing. The first response said I should be patient.
I filed a customer support ticket. After a few days of not getting anywhere, a person in Customer Support said they would look into the situation and let me know when the product would ship. They never did.
This morning, 7 days after placing an order. These questionable people told me the item was never in stock and I should wait a few more weeks. I have asked for a refund. By listing the product as Available then finally, after a week of having my money, telling me the item was Not Available, I can only say that this company is dishonest.
I will never deal with AdventureRV again and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
I am now out of time to repair my RV before departing. Had this company been honest, I could have found an alternate vendor for the part I needed.
Shame on you, Adventure RV!

Horrible support if you can't talk to anyone!

Forget about talking to anyone if you have a return, or they ship wrong part. I received a wrong part, tried to call using the phone number listed on their website, it's been shut down. Tried opening a support ticket, never got a return email after 5 days. I tried to get resolve via their chat system, told to open another support ticket, again didn't receive a support ticket email though their system indicated an email had been sent. Big waste of time, won't be doing business with AdventureRv again!

Great customer service

Great customer service! Had a problem with our Jayco 5th wheel ..slide wouldnt come out...and our original dealer(Sicards) wouldn't help us. Adventure RV got us in within the hour , took a look at it and 30 minutes later we were fixed up and back on schedule to enjoy our vacation the next morning. We will only be dealing with Adventure RV from now on.

We ordered an exterior water filter and…

We ordered an exterior water filter and 4' hose for our RV on 3/30/18, hoping to get it in time to fill our tank tomorrow 4/13 and head out on our 1st spring trip.
It looked like it was going to be sent via FedX last week, a label was created' but it never got sent by the company (not FedX) No one answers the phone for a real live answer on where it is?? It finally went to FedX yesterday and tracking now says it'll come (maybe) 4/21. If shipping had said 3 weeks at the earliest, I'd be ok with it. But it was 10 days. Of course they charge your credit card right away when you order. I hope I see it and don't have to try to get my money back - from a few reviews here that doesn't sound too easy!

No picture of item on website contributed to ordering wrong item

Initially concerned that there were no pictures of item I was ordering, but accepted the risk as I got a mfg. number from another source. Item received and was incorrect item. If picture of item was present, I would have known that it was not the correct item. The item was ~$10 and shipping was ~$10, therefore not feasible to return the item.

Arrived ahead of schedule

Arrived ahead of schedule. Only problem were the legs I ordered along with the heater were without mounting screws and created a hole in the package but fortunately did not harm the heater.

The items that were shipped were packed Poorly. Luckily no damage.

The items that have been shipped were packed poorly. Luckily there was no damage. Return Policy is terrible! I will never buy anything from your company again ONLY if I am 100% sure the item is going to work with what I am trying to accomplish no matter how less expensive it is. Time and frustration will not save me money in the long run.

Best RV Company

I have now purchased from this company three times. They are one of the only places that will ship to Alaska. The service is spot on and orders always arrive on time. I would recommend RV Adventurer to all RV owners.

AVOID AdventureRV.net!!!

If anyone is in the market for RV parts, I would STRONGLY DISCOURAGE you from dealing with AdventureRV.net. I recently had one of the worst customer encounters of my life with this company. I was in the market for replacement anode rods for my Suburban hot water heater. AdventureRV.net advertised "Water Heater Anode Rod, Suburban" on their website. The manufacturer number that was associated with that advertisement was Suburban's number for a magnesium anode rod. I placed an order for two rods, but when I received them they were not in any packaging and didn't look like the Suburban magnesium rods I had purchased in the past. I quickly discovered that these were not Suburban magnesium rods, but Camco aluminum rods. I contacted AdventureRV.net and asked for a replacement or refund. This is where things got ugly. They used every ounce of energy possible to try to convince me that I should have known these were Camco aluminum rods and refused to pay for return postage. They will not talk to customers on the phone. I had at least five email exchanges with them and even tried their customer chat line. Finally, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The Better Business Bureau got AdventureRV.net to agree to pay for return postage and a refund. I received a FedEx prepaid postage voucher from AdventureRV.net and promptly returned the anode rods. Today, I received my refund---minus $6! I am assuming that they deducted the return postage from my refund. This is a horrible company, with extremely poor customer service and no morals, which will go to great lengths to prove that they are right and the customer is wrong. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ADVENTURERV.NET AGAIN, AND I URGE OTHERS TO AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM ALSO.
