Purely simple to engage and very helpful with questions

Great price for my policy and the service was excellent.

Adrian Flux provide great cover for non standard vehicles and the prices are really good. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and their website clear and easy to navigate. So far I’ve not found anyone to beat the premium on my T6 conversion on like for like cover.

After spending a lot of time searching for cheap van insurance I found Adrian Flux. They said they were over 50s specialists.
The guy who I spoke to , yes not a robot! was friendly and polite.
I was surprised that there was no mention of a discount for my age ? But the quote was very good and cheaper than most they get good feedback from people so I decided to give them a shot. Like most companies now you have to have an app oh well that’s the way it is now. Good company fair insurance cost. Let’s hope it’s a good renewal price next year?
It seems there is no loyalty discount anymore with insurance companies and the more experienced drivers are paying for the bad drivers? Let’s see. Would recommend AF.

The main thing for me was that I got to speak to a human and not a robot or AI. The people I spoke to were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely pleased and glad I took out my van insurance with them.

I have always insured my classic Land Rover with Adrian Flux, so you were the first choice when I purchased another classic car. A UK call centre helps.
I was a little taken aback when it came to providing the team member with my online quote. I had only acted on the advice in relation to phoning in before accepting my quote, because I wanted to take up the policy on an agreed value basis. To my surprise, the amount due had increased and I was informed that I could only add the agreed value to the policy after I had taken out the insurance and paid a further £18, yet I thought something might be sent to me to start the process, but I have heard nothing. Would I insure through Adrian Flux again? I would have to think twice. If I hadn't have needed to take the insurance out to pick the car up, I would have probably continued to shop around.

I would fully recommend this company. I was organising car insurance on behalf of someone else. Lucy was assigned to organise my car insurance Lucy was very knowledgeable and helpful.

When my car insurance comes up for renewal I will return to Adrian Flux.

I've never had a problem with Adrian Flux insurance. I have my aged Landrover Defender insured with them and it renews every year automatically without drama. The customer service has always been exactly what one hopes it to be. Today I called to change the address on the policy following a house move. I have three other vehicles insured with other insurers: AXA remained the same, Direct Line gave me small refund, and Aviva remained the same too. There was no change to the premium with Adrian Flux either, but I was presented with a £35 'policy change fee' at the end of the conversation which was as surprising as it was unwelcome. I've just sold my home and moved into a rented house while I look for a permanent home so will be moving again by Christmas. That second change fee will amount to a £70 surcharge on moving home.

Bearing in mind not even the large corporate insurers were not taking this opportunity to charge their customers, I have to say I found this disappointing.

That's it... otherwise absolutely fine. I've never had a claim so I can't comment on that side of the business.

I was in conversation with Emma, about my direct debit being set up on the wrong day, which i previously asked for it to be changed to the 1st week of the month. I was about to pay over the phone to access a change of date as instructed however she appeared to hang up. The call was still going when she went silent, then call dropped. No call back received.

So impressed with Adrian Flux service having broken down for the first time in 48 years. Very easy telephone conversation. An almost immediate text giving me an eta and name of the recovery firm. Luckily fixed on site.
