I found the customer portal impossible to access despite numerous attempts over several days but my case handler more than made up for this minor inconvenience by offering other ways of providing the information and photographs required to pursue my claim and pay me the settlement agreed with the third parties insurers. He was polite, friendly and efficient, seemingly happy to find a way round any difficulty I encountered using the portal.

My case handler, Harsh, has been very helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciate him making everything as easy as possible in unfortunate circumstances.

Adrimal Law is the UK’s number one most bad and unprofessional services I have ever dealt with in so many ways. At some point I felt like I was doing there job for them the amount of times I had to chase up my own claim and always find out what’s going on they made excuses and apologised over 4/5 different occasions about their service but never once improved, it took 2 months for a manager to get back to me about a complaint made which passes there timeframe of getting back to customers and they always delayed my case due to there bad service which made my case take over 3 years just for the outcome to be something completely different as to what I was told I would be receiving from
The third party. I would strongly advise anyone in their right mind to stay far away from there service as I genuinely didn’t think a company could be this unprofessional with so many mistakes being made and advisers not having the right training. Disappointed to say the least that they put me through so much stress over a claim that should have been dealt with very simple, will never use them again and this case was from July 2023 till August 2026 and claim is still on going at this point I have given up all hope.

Since the start of my claim, I have had to chase these for updates constantly! Nothing gets done useless you chase them.

Admiral Law handled my case very well. As soon as they took over the communication was excellent. I was kept informed the whole time, talked through how to submit evidence.
My case was relatively easy as I had video footage of the incident, never the less if another incident should occur around my car in the future then I will be confident that Admirsl law will handle my case very well again.
Now I have had a good experience with them then I am much more likely to remain with Admiral insurance going forward.

At first it was a slow start with my claim as anticipated but I was than passed to a case handler who was so helpful and everything started moving very fast pace I can’t thank Paneet and the team at Admiral enough!

Do not take out Legal Cover with Admiral . It is a scam.
Firstly , if you make a claim with Admiral , they do not correspond with Admiral Law, so you have to go through the whole claim again. Secondly , Admiral Law will only pursue a claim for a little while , after which you are then asked for more money , if you would like them to carry on the claim.
